Istanbul Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center: Patients Reviews and Experience

This review is information to help the clinic improve their services. The surgeon was knowledgeable. The nursing staff is not available for anything but doing your vitals. They don’t even ask if you want any water. I was feeling nauseous and dizzy and there was no juice or crackers available. When you could get it, you had to pay for it. The biggest issue is the nurse’s help button is against the wall which is obviously hard to get to when you can’t get out of the bed especially right after the surgery. The button should be on the hospital bed. At one point I was left without a hospital gown and the nurse never came back to give me a new one! Another issue was the hotel room that was given to me had paper thin walls and therefore could never get a proper sleep. I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the room and the restaurant beside me! I couldn’t change rooms because I just had the surgery and was not able to repack my stuff and move.

I don’t have a single fault for my visit. My translator was lovely and attentive and I was able to contact him before, during and after my visit with any question. The medical staff and nurses were very kind and the doctor very professional. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to try them. Bookimed were brilliant. They organised everything for me and checked on me after my treatment.
