Thanks to all the medical staff at the clinic and medical coordinator Ivan Nikolaev. I am very satisfied with the treatment and service I received. This was my first visit to the clinic, and I plan to continue treatment in May. I recommend the clinic to my friends and acquaintances.

I was very impressed by the work of the dentist—fast, painless, and high quality. I wish that interpreters would pay a bit more attention and that there would be shorter waiting times for procedures.

I am very satisfied with the treatment and competence of the doctor. Everything was done quickly and painlessly. The bad thing is that when the bill was issued, the types of services, types of implants and prices for the services were not specified. The patient does not have public access to this information. I requested it separately, but was never given anything. As a result, I have no information about which implants I have and what the total cost was. The initial cost was much less than the actual cost.

I would like to emphasise the medical staff and especially the surgeon who did my tooth extraction and implants. Super professional!!! I hope she will be the one to work with me on my second visit for crowns. Super positive and pleasant person, and most importantly - truly dedicated to her work.

The clinic in general is not bad, but when you come for an appointment, you have to sit for several hours waiting for an appointment. In addition, the hotel does not correspond to what the clinic undertakes to provide, which is important for patients. There are no questions to the surgeon - he works professionally. Very helpful doctor-coordinator Ivan, who does not leave without help at any moment, as well as Bookimed agent Alina. Still, I would like the staff to work more quickly.

Arrived in Istanbul on the 10th of November 2024. The counsellor was in touch with me, the car came quickly and took me to the hotel that the clinic had booked and paid for. The next day the interpreter Kamila came with whom we went to the clinic. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There I had an X-ray of my chelbones and after taking everything into account I was given a treatment plan. As it was a little more problematic than we expected, we had to adjust everything a little and made the best possible treatment. Now I am undergoing rehabilitation and waiting for the implants to heal. Everything is good, I can recommend the clinic for treatment

I was met very well, the transfer was well organised, the consultant from the clinic was on the phone all the time and gave me tips, sometimes not in time, but it's a small thing.)The hotel is comfortable, no frills, but the room is super clean and white sheets.Breakfast is very modest, but Istanbul is the capital of the country, so it may be so. About medicine, it took two hours to get implants. No one checks blood for viruses and hiv. I was just asked whether I was sick or not. The consultant answered that they take all patients, but after the infected they throw away the instruments without treating them. It still scares me. They don't take any tests, they don't do them. The transfer was on time, I was delivered to the airport on time. The staff on the one hand very attentive and very helpful, but...on one trust on such health is impossible, I think.Too much risk.The usual simple express-testing and already the result.Or disposable all the intrument. The big plus is that nothing hurts yet.But the story is silent why you need to remove the threads on 17-21 days, and I had them come off the upper implant on the 3rd and all Ivanka-consultants do not care))))

Good afternoon! My treatment and installation of teeth at the AEG clinic was successful. The clinic staff treated me politely and tactfully. I am satisfied with the service they provided and I thank all the staff. Thank them for everything. I will recommend your clinic to my family and friends.

I definitely do not recommend the AEG clinic, nor the employees of the agency working there in Turkey (Karina). I had a contract with them to undergo dental implantation for 8,000 thousand dollars (12 implants, bone plastic and 28 zirconium crowns), this is the normal price for such a service in Turkey. it seemed to me that I agreed with them and flew))) When I arrived at the clinic, there was no translator (but they promised) After consulting a doctor (the one I was going to see was not available), we went to talk about the price with Naza (the clinic employee speaks English and Turkish, yes she would say the translator) She started to tell me that I needed a bone graft and it costs as much as 4,000 dollars (I emphasize that in Ukraine the price is a maximum of 1,200 dollars), so I had a broken bone and needed plastic surgery, but it was included in the total amount of 8,000 dollars. + I already had sinus lifting!!! After that, she started telling me that I need to twist 7 implants in the upper jaw at a price of 650 dollars, because I have a weak bone (this is a divorce), and six Megagen implants at a price of 320 dollars were enough, the ones that were promised under the contract, she just wanted to spin me for money , thought that I don't know anything about my illness and how much and what is needed!!! Also lower jaw 4 implants!!! It turned out like this from her words (1 procedure - removal of 6 teeth for 50 dollars ;) ;) ;) bone plastic of the upper jaw and 4 implants on the lower cost me 4350 dollars. 2 procedures after the healing of the upper jaw, I fly in and spin 7 implants for 650 dollars (this 4,550 dollars) and the third time I fly, they put 29 crowns instead of 28, so the price is also 4,000 dollars!!!!!!!! Conclusion: 13 thousand dollars came out, I remind you that there was an agreement with an employee of Bukimed, Karina, who works for the AEG clinic, $8,000, including bone plastic surgery and tooth extraction and implants!!! And the most interesting thing is that Naza, who works there, said that if I don't inform the employees of the Bookimed head office about the amount that came out, she will drop 2,000 dollars, it seemed very strange to me, and it immediately became clear that they are fraudsters and screw up the price to the maximum!!!
