Regarding my visit to the clinic, first of all I would like to thank Dr Sava! For his professional approach to his work, for his meticulousness in fitting and placing teeth! If he did not like something he redid without hurry, without nerves and sent for redoing in the laboratory! In a word, a great man! Also thanks to the translators Madina, Irina and Kamila they are also good! Thank you to them! I also liked the clinic itself. Very clean, the equipment is new, the staff is friendly! Thank you service for tea, coffee and attention! I would not like to add negativity to my review, there is none !!!! One wish to speed up the process of delivery from the laboratory!!!! I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

The disadvantage is that you have to wait a very long time for your appointment with the doctor. The appointed time does not correspond to the actual appointment. But the doctors are competent, listen to the patient's wishes, work quickly and efficiently. Thank them very much for their services. And to the clinic, to improve the organisational aspects of the appointment time.

I have successfully undergone implantation and crowns at Mavidenta, I am very pleased with the results and the right choice of clinic, as I am not disappointed that I am a client of Mavidenta! When it comes to teeth, I am not a brave man to put it mildly; I consider myself a client distrustful, demanding, picky and even capricious (I can't help it - my nature is like that); Everything that I was "scaremongered" by acquaintances - I was bypassed! I was frightened that grinding teeth will be painful.I willingly believe, the patient has no reason to lie! But not in the clinic Mavidenta! Here at the teeth grinding I was completely anaesthetised. And during dinner, after the crowns, I wanted to shout at the top of my voice: "GOD! I can finally chew properly!" My mouth is completely comfortable! I catch myself wanting to run my tongue lightly over the super smooth surface of my teeth once again. I argued with the imperturbable Atahan about the unnecessity of e-max (the price has gone up, and why do I need this coating? I'm not young).People! E-max is THAT good! Thanks to Atahan, his persistence and talent of persuasion.Thanks to this coating teeth look natural, like natural teeth.Fantastic!!! I swear, my natural teeth were much worse.In general, I will gradually pay off my debts, and my teeth will stay with me for the rest of my life!
