Thank you very much for providing me with all the necessary assistance and support at every stage: choosing a clinic and doctor, accompanying me upon arrival at the clinic and introducing me to Professor Korillos, providing the necessary translations and detailed explanations of all stages of treatment, and answering all my questions both inside and outside the clinic. In addition to being satisfied with the level of professionalism of the medical staff, the equipment and the capabilities of the clinic, I would like to note the comprehensive assistance provided by BOOKIMED manager Anastasia and our coordinator at the clinic, Alexandra, for their support at all times: from arrival, accommodation, translations and explanations, to always being available and helping with all questions - from the necessary route to obtaining all the necessary medical documents.

Not good. The people that I had appointments with did not show up. I met with others who seemed to doubt my records and then claimed that my medical imaging showed no problems whatsoever. I returned home and now seem to have pneumonia in the top of my lungs around the vertebra that are known to have lesions (T1,T2,T3). I consider your service to be a fraud.

A transfer from the airport to the city was also organized. In the clinic, with the help of coordinators, a consultation with explanations was successfully held, diagnostics were carried out, and the treatment process started. Very good attitude of doctors.

Immediately I will note not the intrusive and at the same time "essentially" made by Alena presentation of the clinic. And really everything turned out to be as they described to me: the doctor explained how he sees my situation, what kind of opinion of Moscow doctors he agrees with, and what does not and what he proposes to do. Everything is clear and reasonable.

My mother was admitted to Solingen Hospital for brain tumor removal. We were blessed to have a super professional and amazing surgeon and surgical team. Post operation cares both at IC and ward (station E51) were very well organised and handled professionally and with a lot of care and kindness.

Everything was organized very quickly. Taking into account our diagnosis (Cr head of the pancreas) it was very important for us. Thank you very much Bookimed for the promptness.
