Estophia Hospital : Patients Reviews and Experience

Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to the girl Natalia Bruyaka, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... we were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took him to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Thank you very much to those people who organize such tours and carry out such work... I am very grateful to them...

My hair transplant and my wife rhinoplasty, it was great. Also we did our teeth, they butchered my teeth, I did not know they were going to shave down all my teeth, I had a very good teeth but I want to better, the dentist said you have a nice teeth, but never told me not to do, when did the teeth they put treaty together like a bridge, versus doing one at a time, now I do not have space between them, besides completely ruined my teeth, they didn’t do the proper way, he and Brazil I went to see a dentist and they told me this technique is prohibited here because they did butchered my wife in my mouth, both of us did our teeth. I had another big problem with my liposuction, very bad side effects, because I didn’t have enough fat, but Dr. Baki did with out even looking my body. My surgery was done Saturday, I called them on Monday but no one saw me until Wednesday, I finally saw the doctor and he said nothing to worry about that was normal, for sure it was nothing normal about the surgery, I sent pictures to doctors all of them sad that I need to take care of that and I couldn’t even travel, Dr. Baki sad in 40 years he never saw such a thing, but he said that was going to be fine, I travel back the following Friday to Brazil, I went to see a plastic surgeon, he said that I almost died, thank God I’m here, they did not care about my health, horrible communication with the doctor, when I spoke to a few people that takes care of the patients there, they told me that they would get right back to me, they would not get back to me for 10 hours, that’s for me was crazy. When I set up the appointment, I really want to talk to Hakan, they told me that I would do with him but they offer me Dr. Baki and I told them I did not want Dr. Baki that I wanna dr. Hakan, The day that I was supposed to see Hakan They told me that he had Covid and he could not do my surgery, I thought was weird, so they told me Dr. Baki was going to do my surgery and Dr. Baki was much better surgeon, I didn’t feel good about this but I went anyway. I reached out to Dr. Hakan and found out that he never had Covid and also I never had an appointment with him and that he was booked out. So I’m not sure if I would recommend them, I’m spending money after the surgery and they didn’t even offer to pay part of it, it is almost 2 weeks after my surgery and I’m still bruised all over and I’m really in bad situation. Did 2 Stars was giving because the booking team they are unbelievable nice and they do deserve 10 stars, but the people they assigned me had few things that I didn’t like it push a different doctor, and also the doctor did not do a good job . I do not recommend I will post pictures, also I will post pictures of my teeth before and after

I really enjoyed my trip to Istanbul. Bookimed created a very effortless experience. On arrival at the airport after a canceled flight and having to rebook surgery, it was very easy to find my transportation which took me directly to the hotel. Due to complications with our flight on arrival, the rescheduling of the surgery was arranged by my medical coordinator and he handled it very quickly and easily (on my part, im not sure if it was easy on him, lol). The next day the transportation was already scheduled to get me to the hospital for revision rhinoplasty. There was quite a language barrier but bookimed assured we had a translator with us for the majority of our stay or was readily available to communicate through cell phone if necessary. Upon waking from surgery I was shivering extremely badly, which seems to be a normal experience for patients waking up from anesthesia, which I was not aware of and caused a little bit of worry from my guest that accompanied me. Once this resided the night in the hospital I spent the majority of the time sleeping so the nurses took good care of me, but there was still that language barrier which made some difficulties with understanding what medications they were giving me or wanted me to do. I am a nurse in the United States and can say that the nurses did a fabulous job with making sure I was ambulating the evening of my surgery to get the blood flowing even though I didn't feel like it. The medical coordinator came by in the morning to assist with getting my medications, then we got some tea and we waited about 20 minutes for the transportation that took us back to the hotel. After that my guest and I spent about three nights in the hotel room before I felt okay enough to go explore, during this time period the medical coordinator continued to check in to make sure we were doing okay, he even gave us some recommendations on places to explore. We arranged the transportation on the days we explored, but given the advice from locals, we made sure we did not get scammed by the taxi drivers as this is a common practice in Istanbul that we were made aware of. Days later transportation was arranged for me to go see the doctor again and have the "tampons" removed from my nose and my nose to be cleaned out. All in all the pain was fairly minimum, I just felt very tired, the doctor was extremely professional and really took his time on my case which I knew was extremely difficult, the medical coordinator was fantastic and really eased the stress and anxiety of the surgery. If i do another cosmetic surgery in Istanbul I will be booking through BookIMed. Also Professor Doner was an AMAZING rhinoplasty surgeon and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Oukhzan Parlakkylych is a very professional doctor, a kind and sympathetic person. I liked it all very much. I recommend this doctor to everyone. The employees of the company are also very good. Great service. Everyone is happy. I recommend Medical Promise to everyone. The translator Ihsan helped me a lot, very friendly. No problems, everything was resolved quickly and clearly.

Ihsan was absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and always available. He is the best coordinator. I would recommend Ihsan to everyone 😁. Dr. Ali Ertan Capar and his surgical nurse, Jon, where very professional, personable, and accommodating. They checked on me regularly. I definitely recommend the doctor and his team. The doctor's office was very first class and clean. I loved the decor. The hospital staff used language translators to communicate. The food was not good at the hospital. Take your own breakfast bars. Suggestion: in future have the hospital provide water to patients. I was service lunch with no beverage. Thank GOD I was given several bottled water from Jon at his expenses. I would NOT recommend the A11 hotel. The breakfast is the same everyday. No room service. The elevator doesn't go to the lobby. The room was very small. The bed is very low. Difficult to get up after surgery. My room didn't get cleaned. No AC kept cutting off. The doorman does his best to assist. I changed hotels to Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia. This hotel was 5 star and fantastic! 24 hour room service! Very clean. My room was cleaned everyday. Most of the staff spoke English. Very good menu. The food was delicious. The room was spacious and had a water view. I could open the window for fresh air.

In a nutshell, everything was beyond expectations! The gentleman named, Mr. Bakr AbdulHadi from Bookimed. which he arranged everything from end to end. Based on the doctors profiles I choose doctor out 5 doctors he provided. Him and his team was in contact every moment and made sure if Everything is OK. Ground team members of Mr. Bakr AbdulHadi was with me every steps of my journey. My face lift, eyelids lift done was perfectly by Dr. Neermin, who is very good at English. Its about 1 month after the surgery and looks fantastic so far. I also had hair transplant. I really appreciate for Mr. Bakr AbdulHadi’s excellent service. Thank you.

Journey to medical tourism in Turkey was an Excellent experience! Was welcomed at the airport by the team member of Dr. Bakr AbdulHadi and took us to hotel. Next morning was picked up by the team member and meet my surgeon, Everything went smoothly, had tummy tuck with 360 liposuction and BBL. It was very satisfying outcome ( 2 months post surgery). I have to mention the name of team member, English spoken Mr. Souheib who is very professional and was with us all the time of my journey. He provided updated schedule and lead us through. Thank you, Mr., Bakr AbdulHadi for such an arrangement!

I was shuffled to 3 different locations with a translator, then made to pay translator for test conducted, in cash, in the lobby of the third facility. Was not given a receipt and have received only PDF copies of the test results. I was told they would deliver a CD with image scans, but that never happened. The facility has quit communicating with me and I feel as though the entire episode was a scam.

I arrive on Monday 15 of November afternoon and my surgery was on 16. I was very scared, because was my first surgery and I was alone. I passed my drama moment, but all the team of medical promise was close to me helping in everything. I made a endoscopic brow lift because my brows make me look tired and sad, but I don’t want look artificial or over correct. The hospital is really good and the attention cannot be better. My surgeon only I can tell is an artist and catch the idea what exactly I want. The surgeon is the doctor Cem Yildirim. Also I have the opportunity to know the wonderful city and people from Istanbul. Today is just 10 days after my surgery and I cannot be more happy with the result, after be thinking during a lot of time for do it, only I tell my self if I had known about this experience earlier, I will have done earlier. All my grateful to the doctor Cem Yildirim, Abdalah and all the team of Medical promise. Highly recommended. I share my pictures before surgery and after 10 days.

Before I went, I told them that I needed some kind of operation. At the end, after all the tests, they tell me that this operation is not suitable for you. It turns out I went in vain and spent the money. double expense. I'm disappointed
