Everything was very much appreciated. From airport transfer to airport transfer. All questions were solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. The operation itself was perfect, the result exceeded expectations. I would also like to mention the interpreter Varvara, a very nice girl who is always on the phone and answers all questions.

I would like to share my experience about breast augmentation surgery performed at the Dr.Med.
Dr. clinic. Hakan Teymur, the surgeon who performed the operation, is a very attentive and tactful doctor. I completely trusted him and the result exceeded my expectations.
The clinic’s consultants are always in touch. They will answer all questions. Muhlise, Narmina, Semra, thank you very much for your work. The organization, transfer, accommodation are all excellent!
Now about the hospital where the operation was performed: Very clean, comfortable room. Special thanks to the night shift of doctors who were on duty the night after the operation. I don’t know your names, but I felt cared for despite the language barrier.

Upon arrival, we were met by a transfer, a very polite man) settled in the hotel. The next day we went to the clinic. The operation went quickly and the doctor Ece Kayafatlar has golden hands. Did everything I wanted❤️ Answered all my questions. After the operation, I went to the clinic for examination twice. The staff is very polite. The hospital is clean and warm. They really took their 5 * to the hotel, well, this is already according to their preferences. Our translator Elina was also very attentive and went to any of our proposals. We're flying back tomorrow. I recommend the clinic as well as the doctor.

I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.

Many thanks to the Bookimed platform! I decided to have a mastopexy, wrote, and immediately received an answer. I sent photos and the name of the doctor I chose myself (by reading comments on various pages on the Internet and looking at the work) and received a response from the doctor a few days later with the estimated cost. The price already included everything (transfer from the airport to/from the hotel with breakfast, stay at the clinic + the operation itself, linen, translator, transfer between the clinic and the hotel). Fortunately, you could take an escort with you. My sister came with me. After the operation, I was glad that I was not flying alone. The next day after the operation I was discharged. This is where help was needed: getting out of bed, bringing food to the hotel, washing, etc. My sister's stay was free. After arriving home, the translator remained in touch for another month (until there were no more questions left). My doctor was Mr. Ergin Er. A professional in his field and simply a charismatic man :-) I am writing this comment a month after the operation. I'm happy with the result! Everything went as I had imagined: I was calm and completely relied on the doctor and his experience. (before making the decision, of course, I re-read everything about this type of operation, implants and risks). Rehabilitation, of course, is not an easy task, but if necessary, then you have to be patient!! That’s what I did, following the doctor’s recommendations. In general, you need to suffer for a month and wow, you with beautiful breasts! I continue to apply contratubex to the seams, and every time I admire my breasts in the mirror! I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care
My arrival at Istanbul airport was smooth and efficient. I was met and transported to my hotel. My hotel was lovely.
Transportation from hotel to hospitals on time and efficient.
I met my advocate at international patient area, she had everything under control, all tests lined up and doctor appointments were fabulous. My advocate translated to my language at every appointment.
I’m very happy with the service and I felt very “looked after”.
My outcome is excellent and I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care.

I honestly had an amazing experience
Having breast reduction and uplift surgery is something that I had wanted for numerous years but due to underlying health conditions I knew it wouldn't be straight forward.
When I eventually made the decision I couldn't have made a better decision.
From the initial contact and liason s from Bookimed to the transfers, hotel, hospital tests, surgery and post surgery support was more than I could have asked for.
The interpreter Bayza was exceptional and made me feel relaxed throughout the process. The hospital staff and especially my surgeon Dr Kadriye who was so friendly and professional throughout. I honestly had an amazing experience.
All my health issues were taken very seriously and accommodated for by giving me the relevant tests and aftercare.
I would advise from my personal experience to take clothes that button or unzip after surgery .And my must have item would be my neck cushion that I took with me for after surgery for when you have to sleep upright.
Memorial Sisli was outstanding. And I am so happy with outcome. Thankyou all .

The surgery went well and I’m happy with the results so far
I liked my doctor and translator. The doctor had a kind and reassuring energy to him. There were two things that bothered me about the experience.One was having to wait several hours past my scheduled consultation with him after a 16 hr travel period after being brought directly to the hospital. The second was being told they may have to harvest cartilage from my ear or rib minutes before my surgery after being told they would not have to do that during the consultation. That really stressed me out. They wound up not having to do that but it made me feel like they had not prepared properly. That being said, the surgery went well and I’m happy with the results so far. I’m posting this only a week and a half from my surgery date but so far, so good.
Overall, it was saving a substantial amount of money for a good result that I liked the most. It is a great overall value.
The hotel was not so comfortable and communication could’ve been better. However, the results are what matters and given the overall price, I don’t feel like one should complain too much.

The surgeon made my nose look beautiful
The only problem was with the interpreters at the hospital itself. There was supposed to be one girl, they said she was not there, then another girl came, and at the discharge there was another girl. And they took turns asking me "what did that interpreter say" or "what did that interpreter say to you". The hospital itself is very big and reading, on the first day a young man from the staff came up to the clinic and clearly by my running look understood that you need help.
Good room, I was with a support group in the form of my mum, she was fed three times a day, had a place to sleep and a nice bathroom. The surgeon made my nose look beautiful, and she was unflappable, in a good way.)

I had an appointment at the Memorial Clinic. Transfer from the hotel to the clinic arrived on time. I myself liked the consultation and the doctor. On this all the positive moments ended. And the full horror has begun !!!! Upon arrival, I went to the reception ... There no one understood who I was and where I was, although everything was agreed in advance. They explained to me with difficulty and an English translator that they needed to go up to the 12th floor, where the same thing happened again ... after some time they sent an English translator, who was also a coordinator, as I understood. After the reception, I asked for the transfer back (which was also agreed in advance), which I was told to call or write to the coordinator with bookimed, which I did ... thanks to Maxim - he was able to contact the main coordinator of the clinic, but she herself I didn’t do anything ... after an HOUR of waiting in the lobby, I called her and asked when the transfer would be, to which they answered me ... sorry, now they won’t pick you up ... will you get there yourself?
