I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched plasma sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. The average price in Turkish clinics for 1 ml is $180-200. I had 150$. The only thing that confused me was that the doctor did not show me the drug that was going to be injected. Usually they show the authenticity of the package, show the expiration date, open it in front of you and then make injections. It's like this here: she lay down on the couch, the doctor's assistant gave him a syringe - a few injections, and is free. The result was on the second day, everything is fine. As for the translator, I can’t say anything, I had an English-speaking guide and a doctor, there were no problems in communication. Cons: the doctor with whom we agreed behaved, in my opinion, very strange. When at the first consultation I asked a question about the possibility of additional additional services, I was given an amount that did not suit me, and I asked to leave only the treatment that we had previously agreed on. After that, I was taken to the waiting room, where I stayed for about 30 minutes, without any explanation. After my treatment, another doctor took over. Outwardly, I like the result, but time will tell the quality. A little advice about booking a hotel. It is better to do it yourself so that there are no surprises. For example, my hotel was not bad, but there was a mosque right opposite and starting from 5 in the morning, a prayer service began in the loudspeakers :)

As a result, we stopped at a certain doctor, asked several times whether he would exactly do it and whether this doctor would change - we were convinced that nothing would change and this is 100%. As a result, having arrived at the clinic at the appointed time and on the appointed date, we They simply confront the fact that another doctor will perform the operation, and the doctor whom we have chosen will perform the operation in the next office for some Turk, like there is an important client and he is a priority. Just imagine the situation, I came to Turkey for an operation on purpose and there is nowhere to go. Moreover, they could have said about it before, but they waited until 5 minutes before the operation. In general, the whole operation then sat and thought and worried about this, the result is not yet clear.

I thought they were unreliable and payment driven. Also to many people to deal with. I can name 8 different people who I had to interact with and only 2 knew English well enough to help. The doctor barely saw me for 10 minutes and the two other people who were working for Saluss group didnt even step out of the room during examination so no privacy. Talk about awkward. It was all very unorganized. I was told one thing and then told something else the next day. On the first day I had to wait in the airport for 2 hours then told I had to go to the hospital then told that I have to take PCR test at mindnight. Then woken up at 7 am to wait again until 9 am. In the end, they ended up taking my money after making me wait and worry all confused. I would never recommend this group to anyone or getting anything done in Turkey after this experience. I think a bunch of baboons can do a better job with organizing than these people and for less money. Absolute nightmare.

Everything was great) Very nice staff, I can say that they did everything to the best of their ability to make me feel comfortable during the operation, today is the 11th day after the transplant, still in touch with the clinic and they answer all my questions. I am very happy with the result so far, everything is going as planned)

The doctor is super, no questions 100 out of 10. The site is a scam. And the clinics that offer here, you won’t get into them. you will be brought to a regular clinic of which there are a million in Antalya. And another piece of advice is to pay only for the work done. I paid in advance and with the second visit I’ve been just freezing for a week. And if you go to any dental clinic in Antalya yourself, then the price will please you at half. The site doesn’t answer at all and doesn’t give any guarantees, as I understand from my case. And there are a lot of people who paid up front. You didn’t give the money, you’re a client and then it’s just garbage. It’s good that you were lucky with the doctor. He’s just a god of his business.

Above and beyond my expectations. The service was great. I had to change my entire trip at the last second due flight and weather issues in Antalya. Inna worked through the night to make sure I could complete my treatment in Istanbul. She changed the clinic, hotel, set up my transfers. All of this at 3:00am. She called to check on me before my first appointment. She even had food delivered to the hotel. The dentist was great. I had an entire mouth of veneers/crowns. 3 trips to the clinic. All visits were great. Final results were so much better than I expected. The team of coordinators and dentists are the best. No problem arises that they can not solve. They will work for you 24 hours a day to ensure your trip is stress free. The best experience you could ask for!!!!
