WestDent Clinic: Patients Reviews and Experience

Thanks to Bookimed, my first trip was very quick and efficient. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly, with answers to all my questions, as well as coordination of the flight and the timeline of the process itself. My first impression of the clinic was very positive, and the price difference was only due to the lack of sufficient information about the actual condition of my teeth. However, after a 3D scan at the clinic, these issues were promptly resolved on-site, with full respect for my wishes. I am currently using a temporary (artificial) upper jaw, which, by the way, their specialists made very quickly and with absolute quality - I started using it just a week later, when the gum swelling subsided a little, and on the second day, I stopped removing it because it fits very well and does not bother me at all. I hope to continue having only positive experiences in the future. However, there is one more visit to the clinic ahead to complete the entire process.

Can highly recommend having dental work done at this clinic- I was a little nervous about traveling abroad for treatment but this clinic and doctor were absolutely fantastic and I feel very grateful that I made the right decision to go there.

I had the first stage, namely removal and implantation, and to tell you the truth, everything went as well as possible, painless and professional. Excellent and confident team of doctors who know what they are doing and do it to the highest standard. The presence of an interpreter at every stage of the clinic, and online support after the procedures, was very convenient. Comfortable transfer, and excellent accommodation in a good hotel with all amenities😊

I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.

I thought about it for a long time and finally made up my mind. I read a lot, looked, chose, and made my choice on this clinic. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the telephone consultation, help in finding air tickets, meeting at the airport with a bouquet of flowers, transfer to the hotel in a nice car, with a friendly driver, a nice interpreter and wifi. The hotel is also on the level **** , close to the seafront and the big market, with breakfast. Every day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic and back, if you want they will take you to the big shopping centre. The staff at the clinic is super, the equipment is modern, professional. I am happy with everything, we extracted all the remaining teeth, installed 12 implants, I feel good and happy, in three months I will have a mouth full of teeth, 28 crowns !!!! Dreams come true . First of all, I would like to say that everything that was agreed before the treatment was done and even more. The staff is polite, responsive, qualified, service and treatment is carried out on the basis of the client's wishes with correction for medical conditions and indications.
