This was my second time at this retreat, and once again I leave feeling completely refreshed and deeply grateful. Everything is so well organized that you can truly let go, no stress, no pressure, just a beautiful space to rest, reconnect, and recharge.
The meals are absolutely delicious ; fresh, balanced, and perfect for a gentle detox. Most of the vegetables come straight from the organic garden, and you can feel the love and care in every dish. It’s the kind of food that nourishes both body and soul, and definitely inspires you to keep up a healthy lifestyle after the retreat.
I especially want to thank Patricia and Zarqa for their warm welcome and the generosity with which they share their deep knowledge of yoga and meditation. There is a true spirit of transmission here, whether you're a complete beginner or have an established practice, everything is adapted so you can go at your own pace, without ever feeling out of place.
Every detail is thought through with care and intention. The entire team is simply wonderful kind, present, and always creating a calm, loving atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that invites true letting go.
This time, I came with my sister and brother-in-law, and they both loved the experience just as much as I did.
The location is also a gem ! Close to beautiful beaches and hiking trails, perfect for getting fresh air and connecting with nature in between sessions.
Highly, highly recommended. I will definitely be back again!

The wonderful week I had at Shamballah was a beautiful reflective journey exploring the chakras through meditation, movement and discussion. It was a truly holistic experience , Patricia and Zarqa complement each other perfectly, our group was made up of amazing women, and through sharing our stories, all taught me something. I’m truly grateful for the time I had, I would recommend it in a heartbeat and I’ll certainly be going back 🙏
Oh, and a shout out to the chef’s, their homemade breakfast, lunches and dinners were delicious, it was the best vegetarian food I’ve ever had.

A truly life-changing week!
From the moment I arrived, I felt wrapped in warmth and kindness. Patricia and Zarqa create a space where you can truly let go and just be. Each yoga and meditation session touched my heart in a way I didn’t expect. The food was nourishing not just for the body, but for the soul. Every little detail here is infused with so much love and care.
If your heart is calling for peace, healing, and presence, this retreat is a gift you deserve to give yourself.

The Shamballah retreat is a really special place. It's just a few minutes' walk from the ocean, in the middle of the most beautiful nature. I'm so glad I spent a week there over Christmas – it was just what I needed to recharge and find some balance. The food was delicious, the yoga and meditation classes were great, and there were so many extra activities to choose from. I highly recommend staying with Patricia and Zarqa.

Very rewarding retreat, Zarqa and Patricia is very professional and caring to every participant the time you are there. One feels like you are their family and you are home visiting. Dinner time is always pleasant with chatting and sharing different points of view. I would definitely go back because l love the ambiance and love they offer and support. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and especially bonding with my daughter is a bonus.
