Hi I have had a life changing experience at Silverline Hospital. I was taken care of from the moment i stepped off the plane to the moment i was delivered back to the airport. The staff go above and beyond during the stay mine was 6 days. I was kept informed the whole time and nothing was a problem. We had an outing aswell which was organised for us. Special thanks Bindu for her warmth, Dr Lakshmi for her humour, Neetha, all the sisters that looked after me, the cleaners the maintenance crew the security man and finally Dr Vivek, Dr Babu both for expertise and Tinu and Aldho for being present and available. All and all a very professional service. The hospital also has great wifi!

very good food from the cafeteria ...i used to have food from out side but now started taking from the hospital ...bcoz food founded to be tasty and healthy ... my blood sugar are also under control ...planning to try those recipes at home

Doctors: The doctors are very attentive, excellent listeners, and polite. They explained everything clearly, which helped us stay informed and confident. I want to especially highlight Dr. Priyanka Singh Rohit, who performed my daughter’s surgery that took 6 long hours. She is truly a godsend—highly efficient, very caring, and such a down-to-earth person. I have no words to express my gratitude towards her. I wish her all the very best, success, and happiness in the world for her and her family. Special thanks also to Dr. Tom Babu, Dr. Meetu, and the entire medical team for their compassionate and caring approach. They took wonderful care of my daughter. Nursing Staff: All the nurses were exceptional—always smiling, very caring, attentive, and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference during our stay. Hospital Environment: The hospital is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location is highly accessible, making it easy to reach. Admission & Discharge: The admission and discharge processes were smooth and effortless with no hassles. PRO Mr. Deepak: I want to especially mention Mr. Deepak, the PRO. He was highly professional, very helpful in scheduling the surgery date, managing the admission process, and providing timely updates about the treatment. I was surprised to see any negative comments about him because from our experience, he was gentle, supportive, and very attentive to our needs. Billing Department: Two ladies at the inpatient billing desk were highly cooperative and professional, making the billing process hassle-free. Food: The food provided during the stay was good and satisfactory. Communication & Post-Operative Care: All communication was clear and thorough. Post-operative care instructions were excellent, and the follow-up support was very reassuring. Overall Experience: We did not face any issues or challenges throughout the treatment. I booked a womens wellness package and was asked to come at 7.30 am on fasting to do blood work, to be followed by Mammogram, DEXA scan, doctor consultation etc.. after blood work at 7.45 am, I was asked to wait for mammogram..long wait till 8 45 am for the technician to arrive and then to be told to do the scan first.. this technician to come after 9 am... Wonder why I was asked to come at 7.30 am , when the technicians for other tests are going to come only after 9 am?? Time has no value for patients?? Not happy with the arrangements
