So I have put my original review of 1st Trip at bottom of this one Second trip was just as seamless and professional as the first From the moment I landed till when I took off back to the Uk I know I was in the safest of hands Had everything fitted perfect - no issues - and really really really happy with my Smile Massive thanks to everyone involved!!! Colour BL2 Shape Natural - so so happy FIRST TRIP AMAZING - So from when I first reached out Burak has been my point of call when it come to all things booming related & any questions I had pre trip he answered , was amazing throughout & has already sorted my 2nd visit The transfers for the whole week were seamless , they tell you the time the day before & the driver is there on time. Every single staff member in the wonderful building has a smile & happy to help. On your treatment days you have a fluent english speaking helper throughout , however all of my professionals were able to speak well enough to keep me informed. I had to have a bit more work done than I thought after x rays, but this was explained to me & the reasons behind it so I agreed. I didn't catch the names of the professionals or the english speaking reps but they were fantastic. I want to give a massive thanks to the Dr who done my root canals, 12 hours over 4 days was not easy but you done it. Thank you I look forward to my return in September & leaving with a fantastic smile

This was my first trip (out of two) with The Smile Team, and I’ll be returning in a little over 4 months for crowns. On this visit, I had four implants fitted, three teeth extracted, a deep clean, and some fillings. The first procedure (implants and extractions) was carried out by surgeon Tolagahan Çayır. I am usually very anxious about going to the dentist, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt no pain at all during the procedure, and even once the numbing wore off, I only had mild discomfort that was easily managed with the pain relief provided. The treatment was quicker than I expected and done to a very high standard. 3D X-rays were taken to ensure the treatment plan was accurate; in my case, the plan was adjusted—which actually worked out cheaper. Importantly, they only recommend treatment that’s truly necessary, so I even ended up with money refunded. Afterwards, I had a deep clean and fillings with Dr. Merinaz, who was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and reassuring throughout. She worked very thoroughly and made sure everything was done to a high standard, which really put me at ease. Throughout my trip, I was also supported by my patient coordinator Max, who made sure I fully understood the treatment plan and was comfortable every step of the way. He was attentive and always checked in to see how I was doing. The hotel, Pure Blanche, was perfect for my needs. A special mention to Sezer, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Transfers were seamless, and the drivers were always friendly and welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and very well-organized, with staff who are all professional and friendly. I’m so pleased I chose The Smile Team for my dental treatment and already feel confident about returning to complete the second stage of my treatment in a few months.

They never paid me any money, they lied about that, there was no intension to pay for the faulty work they do. They offered me €100 for something that’s gonna cost me thousands of euros to fix… and then didn’t even give me that!!!…….So it’s been about two years and now my bridge broke, and because they are in favor of connecting Teeth in this clinic, I will need to replace five crowns in order to restore the bridge Once again, they will not be financially responsible for this, and I recommend that you think twice before using them Cubic zirconia is not supposed to break after two years I need financial compensation I attached another photo below Totally regretted using your clinic UPDATE. I have posted a picture below, showing how many teeth that you can visibly see have been drilled through the crown to fix the work. They threaten to sue for writing real reviews, which if you read the Google policy you will see that you are completely allowed to describe your experience with any business registered with Google. I have provided a picture of all the redone teeth. I had to do over two years since leaving their care. You did not remedy any of the issues I had, and simply passed it off as “sensitivity” or saying that I “clinch my teeth”. They asked for proof and in the same breathe told me they will not refund any money. I know that you will not refund anyone’s money as is evidenced with your response below. DO NOT GET FOOLED LIKE ME … they did horrible work on me and have not taken financial accountability for their failures in my case. Just like before, I refuse to come back to your clinic to be mistreated again I have made them aware of the problem and each time they tell me that the only option is for me to go back there and fix it, which I will not do because I do not trust that they can fix the problem. I’ve wasted so much money and health being treated by them.

The dentists and staff were not only highly skilled, but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring, they took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was happy with the result. The quality of the work is outstanding. My new smile looks natural, feels great, and has honestly changed my confidence completely.
