das CVC Zentrum ist aus dem Hauptgebäude umgezogen und befindet sichjetzt neben der Notaufnahme im L-Gebäude.Der Zugang dort mit einem Taxi oder Krankentransport ist unmöglich,das heißt die Gehbehinderten müssen von der Straße bis zum Gebäude zu Fuß den Berg hochlaufen oder den Rollstuhl hochschieben.Am 29.01.2020 habe ich meine Mutter mit dem Rollstuhl den Berg hoch geschoben um unsren Termin wahrzunehmen.Als wir dann mit dem Aufzug in den 2. Stock ankamen war da eine Glastür und vier Mitarbeiter stehen an der Anmeldung und schauen wie ich alleine die Tür aufmache und mit Mühe und Not meine Mutter mit den Rollstuhl in die Praxis schiebe. Von den vier Mitarbeitern ist keiner entgegengekommen um die Tür aufzuhalten oder um zu Helfen.So weit sind wir heute in Deutschland heute gekommen das vier Mitarbeiter am Empfang stehen und zu schauen, wie ich mit dem Rollstuhl in dem meine Mutter sitzt mich quäle die Tür aufzuhalten und sie in die Praxis schiebe.Das Team ist sehr unfreundlich!Ich erwarte in einer Praxis, Hilfe den Patienten gegenüber etwas soziales Verhalten!Nicht weiterzuempfehlen!!!!!! Sehr schlechtes Personal das untereinander Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten hat.

Mein Freund hatte sich am Fuß verletzt wir sind am Samstag in der Notaufnahme im Sankt Katharinen Krankenhaus gelandet. Wir wurden so lieb von Frau Junghaus empfangen. Die Damen am Empfang sowie die Internisten machen hier einen super Job! Zudem auch noch super freundlich! Wir sind überglücklich hier gelandet zu sein. Sowohl ich als auch mein Freund haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden nur noch in die Ambulanz des Sankt Katharinen kommen!

Ich bin mit anhaltenden Erbrechen und Hyperventilation in die Notaufnahme gekommen. Wir haben extra einen längeren Weg auf uns genommen, da wir wussten, dass ich im Katharinen Krankenhaus gut aufgehoben bin. Und so war es auch: das Personal hat sich fürsorglich gekümmert und hat meine Schmerzen ernst genommen (was ich in 2 vorigen Krankenhäusern in gleicher Situation nicht behaupten kann). Ich bin nicht einer unfreundlichen Person begegnet, obwohl alle Angestellten wegen Unterbesetzung gerannt sind. Ich wurde ausführlich getestet und aufgeklärt. Im Sommer bietet die Anlage einen kleinen, süßen Park, in dem man mit Besuchern kurz mal die Krankheit vergessen kann. Das Sankt Katharinen Krankenhaus wird nach wie vor meine erste Wahl bleiben!

I was hospitalized for 2 nights in St Katharine. The medical staff and the nurse (especially Frau Annaliska) are attentive and friendly even I did not speak much German. Overall the experience was good and peaceful. I wanted to thank the Chirurgie team and all the hardworking nurses who took care of the patients with their professionalism.

War nur zum MRT dort. Termin gehabt für 7:45 um 8 Uhr war ich wieder draußen... super schnell und unkompliziert. Echt gut 👍🏻Man muss sich halt bewusst sein, dass es ein Krankenhaus ist und bei einem MRT Termin auch mal ein Notfall dazwischen kommen kann.

Musste leider schon drei mal dort operiert werden. Fr. Dr. Sch... hat mich sehr gut operiert. In der Mainzer Uniklinik habe ich vorher leider andere Erfahrungen machen müssen. Daher weiß ich den Einsatz der Ärzte und selbstverständlich auch des Pflegeteams zu schätzen und kann es auch im Vergleich beurteilen. Auch besuchte ich einmal die Notaufnahme. Es hatte zwar etwas gedauert, aber auch da war die medizinische Betreuung sehr gut.

Ein Alptraum, Station 4 a. Gestern 2 Schwestern für 30 Patienten, Schwestern sind genervt, teilweise unverschämt. Ich habe Verständnis für die Situation des Pflegenotstand, jedoch es geht gar nicht, dass an den Patienten auslassen. Es liegen sterbende Patienten neben frisch operierten. Wir leben in einem der reichsten Länder Europas, Hallo

Ich kann nicht meckern. Alles sehr sehr freundlich! Und die schlechten Bewertungen sind mir ein Rätsel. Da kann ich nur sagen: ein Krankenhaus ist kein Hotel. Und wer mit einem verstauchten Handgelenk in der Notaufnahme sitzt, sollte sich überlegen ob nicht ein stationärer Aufenthalt in der Nervenklink angebrachter ist. Danke für die Hervorragende Betreuung liebes Ärzte- und Pflegeteam.
