Dr. Lorri Cobbins performed my gynecomastia removal at the end of February. Now, two months later, I'm thrilled with the results. Everything from my first consultation through the procedure and follow-up was smooth sailing. After over 3 months of waiting for a consultation and reaching out to confirm several times no one showed up to the appointment. Reached out again, was told it would be 30 minutes but ended up being over 2 hours at which point I reached out and they said to reschedule the following day. The next day arrives and guess what happens... no one shows and I call and they said the doctor will be there shortly. Waited over an hour---nothing. Never have I ever had a worse customer experience than I did here. Only time they called me first was to collect my credit card information. What a tremendous waste of time; I could have gotten what I needed elsewhere months prior.

I had gynecomastia gland removal and liposuction, as well as liposuction of the abdomen, with Dr. Cobbins in August of 2024. Great customer service, but I am disappointed with the results of the surgery. I still have fat and skin on my chest that hangs down, for example, when I do a plank. And the doctor told me I wouldn’t need a tummy tuck, but I still very obviously have loose skin on my abdomen as well. During the consult, I suspected I would need a tummy tuck, as I was obese as a child and could see loose skin at the time, but the doctor said no. I was hoping some of it was persistent swelling, but it’s been 7 months and I think I’m pretty close to the final result. And I haven’t gained any weight post-surgery either. I exercise 4-5 times a week in the form of resistance training and cardio. 3 stars for the price and everyone treating me well in the clinic, but I am not happy with the results of the procedure overall. I’m going to wait a couple more months, but I’m almost certain that I will need further cosmetic surgeries if I want to correct these things.
