Diagnostics Department

The Clinic uses modern diagnostic methods like:

Dopplerography. It helps to analyze the characteristics of blood vessels, the speed of blood flow, to detect atherosclerotic plaques.
Angiography. The method is used for contrast radiographic examination of vascular pathologies.
Holter monitoring (daily ECG) used for prolonged examination of the heart rhythm. It helps diagnose heart disease and monitor the pacemaker.

Service

To accommodate patients, the Clinic offers standard single and double rooms, as well as VIP rooms. There are TV and Wi-Fi. For an additional fee of € 30 a day you can have a relative of a companion to live with you.

Très bonne clinique, prise en charge rapide et efficace. Les aides-soignants jusqu’au brancardier en passant par les infirmiers sont aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande le sérieux et le professionnalisme de cette clinique.

Très déçue, au bout d'une semaine d'appels au secrétariat, aucune information, personne au téléphone, besoin de savoir quand et où enlever les agrafes suite à une intervention du dos le 16 septembre et personnes pour répondre à un satané téléphone! Niveau post opératoire zéro!

Hospitalisation d’une semaine au 3ème étage, j’ai beaucoup apprécié : - Les examens pré-opératoire - La préparation et l’accompagnement au bloc et les quelques minutes avant l’anesthésie- l’anesthésie bien préparé (avec ou sans transfusion sanguine, à prévoir à l’avance)- la gestion de la douleur par l’équipe soignante. - les visites du chirurgien et de l’anesthésiste - les soins de bonne qualité - la préparation de la sortieLes moins :- Distributeur de boissons chaudes à un tarif excessif - manque un espace de repos type cafet’ pour les patients

ma femme hospitalisé le 19/07/19 pour une hernie discale a été victime d'une infirmière de nuit (2etg) qui a fait preuve d'une grande violence autant verbale que physique j'ai des photos de griffures sur le bras conséquence d'un arrachage violant de brassard pour prendre la tension j'ai envoyé un mail à la clinique ,me suis plaint auprès de la cadre de service ,aucune excuse de RAMSEY ,ce n'est d'ailleurs pas la première fois que ma femme ou moi meme subissons des désagréments graves dans les cliniques de ce groupe (le vert galant dans le 93) oublie de ma femme une journée dans la chambre pour une opération rattrapage du chirurgien sur le parking de la clinique à 20 H moi meme le 1 juillet 19 scanner des poumons et des reins oublie scaner des poumons pour ma femme radio du dos ordonnance établie au nom du autre patiante etc etc

Je viens de sortir de cet établissement après une pose de prothèse de la hanche droite. Concernant l'opération : Ai été opéré par le Docteur Guincestre . Et je suis particulièrement ravi qu'il m'ait été conseillé par mon généraliste. Avant et après l'opération, ce chirurgien est à votre écoute, et sais vous mettre en confiance. Pendant l'opération, je n'en sais rien je dormais. Tout s'est impeccablement bien passé.Concernant l'équipe soignante du service: là encore ravi. Le personnel est très présent et attentif, et fait du traitement de votre douleur une priorité. Un merci tout particulier à Sophie d'ailleurs, ainsi qu'à l'infirmier Florian si je me souviens bien du prénom...La chambre est entretenue quotidiennement par un personnel avenant et efficace, et la restauration est plus que correcte. A noter d'ailleurs la possibilité de menus de remplacement sur simple demande votre part, si un plat ne vous convient pas. Admission et sortie, rapides .Seul petit bémol, la facturation de la chambre individuelle "solo", qui compte en nombre de jours et non en nombre de nuits passées. (Je suis rentré le Mardi à 15 heures et sorti le dimanche suivant à 11 heures, et ils m'ont facturé 6 * 210 €, alors qu'en fait je n'ai passé que 5 jours complets dans cette chambre).Bref une clinique que je recommande et où je retournerai si je dois subir une autre intervention.

Thanks to a great surgeon in whom I have total confidence, an excellent anaesthetist, a lovely team of nurses and a spotlessly clean private room, my experience at the Clinique Geoffrey Saint Hilaire was mostly positive. Nevertheless, in the hope that Ramsay Santé reads this and implements clearly necessary changes, 2 red flags : 1) Admissions: I arrived at the clinic promptly at 07h00, as requested, in time to prepare for 08h00 on the operation bloc. Asked to sit in the waiting room on the ground floor, alongside several unmasked people coughing loudly, an hour went by – with me asking, intermittently, what was happening, to be told each time, brusquely, ‘just wait’. Finally, around 08h45 my name was called out, and I was hastily rushed up to the operating floor, with minimum time for necessary pre-op preparation since the eminent surgeon had also been waiting for me for over an hour! This stressful experience, caused apparently by a communication glitch between downstairs admissions and upstairs operating floor, was most unwelcome just before an intimidating operation. It's disappointing that the clinic offered no apologies, despite the fact that I raised the issue with admission staff upon departure. 2) Food: Isn’t it time hospitals – supposedly places focused on health and healing - took a holistic approach to their catering? Why continue giving patients food awash with additives, pesticides and micro-plastics when these are now proven to be toxic both for us and planet earth ? The low grade rations I was offered - included I assume in the almost 460 euros per night charged for a Solo Comfort room - were a sad indication of a general lack of long term vision and investment within this vitally important sector of the health industry.

Je suis rentré dans cette clinique le 18 décembre pour être opéré le 19 et sortie le 21. Accueil au top et avec le sourire.Service vasculaire au top très souriant très aimable très attentionné et prévenant. Les aides soignant"e"s les infirmier"è"s "un merci à une infirmière de nuit qui se prénomme "Leia" les médecins les brancardiers la secrétaire Brigitte le chirurgien Docteur Aninjar l'anesthésiste le service facturation. Tous ou vous vous trouvez dans cette clinique savent vous dirent bonjour avec un sourire. Contrairement à ce que l'on avait pu m'en décrire auparavant je recommande cette clinique privée qui soigne le pauvre et le riche dont les soins et l'attention sont les mêmes contrairement à d'autre hôpitaux que j'ai pu connaître à Paris . Merci à tous.
