As soon as you arrive, the staff at reception are friendly and welcoming, and you are checked in for your appointment quickly and easily. I've had treatments completed by a few different members of staff, and all have made me feel comfortable and at ease. My most recent visit was with Ebony, who is a delight. She explains each step, and ensures you are happy and comfortable throughout your treatment. She answered all my questions with ease, and tailored the process to address any concerns I had. Before coming to Thérapie Clinic, I had treatments with another clinic/company. Thérapie offers a significantly better experience all round. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal at Thérapie Clinic Liverpool for over 6 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! The difference is amazing — smooth skin, barely any regrowth, and so much more confidence. The staff are absolutely lovely, always welcoming, professional, and make you feel completely at ease during every session. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get — it’s truly worth every penny. Highly recommend this place if you’re thinking about starting laser!

Staffs are kind and friendly. I always have good experience whenever I go for an appointment plus they offer discounts with their services. Overall I am happy with the effectiveness of their treatment and how nice all their staff in the clinic. Would really recommend.
