You’re warmly greeted by the charming Nicolas, who takes time to explain how TIAM operates. He welcomes you with a glass of champagne, the best locally brewed kombucha I’ve ever tasted, and Swiss chocolate — a touch of luxury that sets the tone. After completing a brief form, Dr. H personally comes out to greet you. The consultation is thorough and unhurried. He carefully evaluates your skin, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, and recommends treatments tailored to your specific needs. Dr. H’s experience with melanated skin, and his work with diverse populations, shines through — making you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. From start to finish, the customer service at TIAM is exceptional. They go above and beyond before, during, and even after your appointment. An easy 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TIAM won my heart! Won me over with their serene ambiance, premium European products, and exceptional service. The owner Nicholas (from Switzerland) shows incredible attention to detail - champagne, cappuccino, and Swiss chocolates included! Great experience with their female doctor who is super honest and knowledgeable. Won't push anything you won't need. Bonus perks: free underground parking, GLOW mani-pedi salon on 1st floor, central location, and great prices compared to other anti-aging centers. Totally recommended! 💯

I came to TIAM to do Botox in my face and lipolysis injections in my abdomen. This is my first time doing both and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was super professional, explained everything step by step and guided me through the recovery part after the lipolysis, checking on me every day. I felt comfortable and confident in their hands. I would totally recommend this clinic and will be coming back every six months to do my Botox here.

Great experience from beginning to end! The staff is very kind and friendly and they offered a glass of crisp champagne while I was waiting for my procedure. The clinic is spotless and I felt very comfortable being there. The day after my visit upon looking in the mirror I was quite shocked at the very noticeable results of my treatment. My eyes felt well rested and my baggy eyes were much lighter in tone and not as deep. 10/10
