Very lazy and terrible organized personnel. It's a shame: doctors do nothing and always ask to wait and it takes 0.5h-1h before next doctor come and do exactly the same overview of patient and then ask to wait again. We spent in nowhere 6h just to make one xray. Updated: all personnel was very polite, no incidents or stress. Hope it all happens because of lack of personnel.

So ein schlechtes Krankenhaus! Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Wenn man Fragen stellt muss man damit rechnen, dass das Personal sehr patzig und genervt reagiert. Keine Struktur, Informationsaustausch sowohl zum Patient als auch unter den Kollegen. Alles was hier abläuft ist mehr Mals nur mangelhaft. Auf dem Patienten wird überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Oft ist es sogar so, dass die Mitarbeiter einfach so ins Zimmer rein marschieren und still schweigend irgendwelche Medikame…nte oder Infusionen verabreichen. Dann wird ständig irgendwas vergessen, wie z.B. Das lösen der Infusion damit es überhaupt abfließen kann. Ruft man die dann in solcher einer Situation dann reagieren diese sehr genervt, ignorieren oder werden sogar wütend. Die Patienten sind hier komplett auf sich selbst gestellt. Mein Vater, der sehr alt und durch die Medikamente überhaupt kein Zeitgefühl hat und nicht wirklich versteht, dass die Medikamente, die ihn auf den Tisch einfach so gelegt werden, wann er sie eingenehmen soll. Oft ist es sogar so, dass er sich noch nicht mal ohne Hilfe aufrichten kann. Das interessiert, die aber nicht ,wieso und weshalb die Medikamente da noch liegen und der Patient auf Beschwerden klagt. An alle Menschen dieser Welt, wollt ihr euch und euren Angehörigen was gutes tun, dann bitte nicht diese Klinik! Hier mangelt es nicht nur an Fachkompetenz! Ich kann hier so viele Dinge auf zählen, die hier schief ablaufen. So ein Klinik sollte man verklagen!

Absolutely outrageous. I was there for five days, referred by my GP via the emergency room. They initially put me on the wrong ward, neurology instead of internal medicine. The neurology department was supposed to take care of me, but of course they didn't. I'm not usually complaining about the food, but this is simply unacceptable. The same thing every morning and evening: a slice of toast, a slice of brown bread. No fruit or vegetables, nothing. There was no medical help, just useless examinations to make money, and that was in a university hospital. What has become of this place since privatization is hard to put into words. Rhönkliniken should be avoided.

die aerzte sind sehr engagiert, das Pflegepersonal freundlich, hilfsbereit,....leider zu wenig Personal, Überstunden ohne Ende, zu wenig Gehalt, ein Angestellter Geschöftsführer in der freien Wirtschaft verdient das drei bis fünffache ... also liebe Ptienten und Besucher, weniger schimpfen, und ab und an ein freundliches Wort für das gesamtmedizinische Personal,...

Am besten macht ihr euren Laden zu . Innerhalb einer Woche habe ich Missstände mitbekommen (aus erster Hand )die absolut grenzwertig sind . Und während ich diesen Text verfasst habe ich wieder mitbekommen wie inkompetent dieses Krankenhaus ist .

Ich finde es unverantwortlich, das eine Mutter mit ihrem 5 Monate alten Säugling 8 Std. auf ihr Zimmer warten muss und dann noch mit einem anderen Säugling der eine hochinfektiöse Lungenentzündung hat, zusammen gelegt wird. Ausserdem ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich. 😡👎👎👎

Ich kann mich leider nur der negativen Mehrheit anschließen. Wenn ich die Wahl habe, dann würde ich beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Krankenhaus vorziehen. Katastrophale Wartezeiten trotz Termin (Standardausrede... „wir hatten einen Notfall“) und vorsintflutartige Bürokratie. Das Personal ist zum großen Teil freundlich, aber anscheinend völlig überlastet. Was mich aber am meisten geärgert hat, das man nach der Behandlung, keine bis schlechte Beratung bekommt. Bei Nachfragen bekommt man nur eine widerwillige, oder gar keine Auskunft. Vielleicht lag es aber auch einfach daran, das ich Kassenpatient bin und daher nur eine 08/15 Behandlung bekomme.

Einfach unterirdisch wie die Ärzte aus der Unfallchirurgie mit Patienten umgehen!! 2Std wartet man darauf das Man nach einer 15 min OP entlassen wird. Einfach unfassbar wie sowas sein kann. Das ist aber scheinbar bei die Masche bei den Ärzten
