Went to get a nose job and lip filler, I'm very satisfied with the experience! All the staff were friendly and supportive all the way through, and everything from consultation to check-ups went so smoothly and fast.
I had no worries at all after meeting with the consultant and doctor, who I felt I could trust completely. The facility is very clean and comfortable, and Mary, who spoke english was very helpful to guide me as a foreigner!
I'm looking forward to my results!

I recently had my augmentation-mastopexy done at Urban Plastic Surgery Clinic and have never been more happier with my choice! Even from the very beginning, they have been the utmost professional and kind. Every step of the way, they have been incredibly helpful with navigating my journey.
Every time I step in, I am immediately greeted and taken care of. I never have to wait for long. The staff has been consistently warm and welcoming. I feel their communication is top-notch. They not only reply promptly but also follow up to make sure we are always on the same page. They took the time to explain and disclose anything needed and made sure I fully understood everything.
When consulting with my surgeon, I never felt more self-assured about my choice. He fully listened to my wishes and concerns and gave personal feedback and suggestions. Above all else, he listened to what I wanted and provided me with exactly that, while being honest and realistic about my results. He never tried to change my mind or upsell me. He was careful to talk with me instead of at me. I felt he was wonderful at consulting with me, covering many of my concerns before I even felt the need to ask. He gave wonderful recommendations based on my desired results. I never once felt rushed or pressured into a decision. He didn’t leave until I was satisfied with my consultation. Thanks to this, I felt more secure and confident about my decision and results even way before my surgery date.
In the days leading up to my surgery date, I was well-informed about every upcoming step. Any questions were thoroughly answered and explained in depth. Any nerves were quickly dispelled.
On the surgery date, I was given wonderful bedside manner and the best service possible. They assured that I was in the best condition before being discharged from the clinic. The recovery was better than I expected. Any questions or concerns I had regarding my condition were quickly answered, and they were more than happy to address my concerns in person if I wanted, with no hesitation.
As for my results, I was very realistic about the outcome of scarring. However, to my wonderful surprise, I had even less scarring than I imagined. Thanks to my Doctor taking his time crafting my results, the scarring has been minimized even more than I thought was possible. I was shocked when the bandages came off. I already felt instantly more confident in my skin and I knew they were only to get more natural from then on. Every day I fall more and more in love with my results.
I am so incredibly thankful for Urban Clinic for taking care of me in a very personal way, not like just another number. I have found my new go-to clinic for all my future corrections or enhancements. I only wish I had discovered them sooner!

I had a rhinoplasty with osteotomy and some light fat grafting (forehead, under the cheekbones, and smile lines) at Urban Plastic Surgery.
I’ve honestly never liked my nose since it always felt too wide with a slightly bulbous tip, and I really wanted a softer, cuter profile that still matched my overall features.
I was definitely nervous going in, especially since this was my first time under general anesthesia. What reassured me was seeing tons of impressive before & afters from this clinic and knowing the surgeon had years of experience. The staff was super supportive the whole way through, and they were very kind about my tight schedule.
The first day post-op was probably the hardest. Not necessarily painful, just a lot of pressure and soreness. My throat hurt a bit from the anesthesia, and swallowing wasn’t easy at first. But once the nasal gauze was removed, I felt much more comfortable and could eat and take meds more normally.
Since then, recovery was smooth overall. Some swelling and bruising around the eyes, and the usual congestion, but it improved steadily each day. The clinic also checked in on me regularly, which helped a lot.
Pre-cast removal, I could kind of see the new shape under the cast and it looked promising, but I couldn’t fully picture how it’d look on my face yet. After cast removal though, I really liked what I saw as it matched the reference photos I brought in pretty closely. The tip was still a bit high/swollen, but I knew that it’ll come down over time. 2 weeks post-op, the surgeon said I have about 10-20% swelling left.
All in all, I'm really happy so far! Thankyou to Dr Choi Eun Kyu and the English team at Urban Plastic Surgery!🤍
