Dr. Park Sang Wook did a wonderful job! The results came out so pretty and Jenny was so sweet. She translated and assisted me through the whole process which means a lot especially when I was tired from the anesthesia. The other staff are all just as amazingly friendly, like the best supportive friends you could ask for.
I appreciated how the feedback from Dr. Park Sang Wook and Jenny was informative, honest, and personalized. All of my questions were thoroughly answered.
They informed me about what was and wasn't realistic for my features. I liked that the doctor examined face well before the surgery because it meant he was really thinking about the design with care. The price for the surgery was reasonable too. (They didn't charge me foreigner pricing!) These details are important because it shows they aren't just trying to make the most profit out of you. They're considerate about what is best for you. :)
The free consultation included a blood test, CT scan, they take pictures of you, and other tests that I don't know the names of haha. I learned what my blood type is!
A staff member reassured me that i would be well taken care of before i headed to the surgery room. She was right. The nurses took good care of me, even pulled down my pants (to go to the restroom). 😱 I was shook haha.
I actually appreciated this too because I found it difficult to do anything after the surgery due to the anesthesia. I paid the hospitalization fee to stay overnight. The nurses helped me walk, took care of my IV, gave me a breakfast, heat packs, cleaned my wounds, changed my ice packs, and more... even throughout the night. As someone travelling alone, I was glad that I stayed overnight.
During recovery I felt anxious about my appearance due to all the bruising and swelling. I was so puffy that I didn't look like myself! The staff reminded me that I looked pretty, even called me cute, held my hand, and let me hug a plushy which was so sweet of them. Jenny is still in contact with me for any concerns I have and she checks in to make sure I'm doing well. This clinic really did everything they could to support me emotionally and physically after the surgery. 🩷

I booked an appointment from my home country via WhatsApp for blepharoplasty. The consultation went very well. The Smile consultant was friendly, and Dr. Jang Seungbin was able to advise me because I was a little lost. The surgery took place the same day; the consultant stayed with me at the beginning of the procedure. I felt no pain during the procedure! After the surgery, the nurses helped me into a wheelchair and then onto a reclining seat so I could rest with an ice mask over my eyes. They made sure to put a blanket on me during the surgery and during my recovery. I returned the next day for an injection and a few days later for the laser. The person who was in contact with me via WhatsApp after the surgery was very kind and responsive. The downside is that there is a bit of a wait to see me for appointments.
When I had my stitches removed, one of the nurses gave me a cute pillow for emotional support. And I had another laser treatment. I had one last appointment before flying home to check the condition of my eyes.
I really recommend Dr. Jang Seungbin ! ☺️😍

Dr. Park Sang Wook was very meticulous during my consultation in understanding exactly what I wanted as a result of my rhinoplasty. As an African American woman, I was extremely nervous that I would get someone who wouldn’t honor my features, but Dr. Park Sang Wook made sure to do so while also providing excellent results that adhered to my every need.
The whole exchange was translated by the wonderful Jenny. She made sure to let the doctor know everything I wanted and needed down to the very last detail, I really couldn’t have done any of this without her. She also made sure to consult my friends and family about aftercare and has continued to consult me during my recovery. This team is amazing!

My experience here has been great! The staff are lovely and helped translate everything for me. My surgeon Dr. Choi Min Hyub was very thorough with my consultation and answered any questions I had very patiently. I would recommend and would come back if I wanted anything else done!

I recently had a nose and breast implants revision at the Clinic. My Dr was Im Young Min and he listened and exceed my expectations! I finally have a beautiful natural breast and my nose is looking better every day ( I am one month post surgery) . Jenny also helped me a lot before, during and after my surgery. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I definitely Recommend Very Good Plastic surgery!
