the doctor is the best professional

It has been a great process. The clinic in Izmir is fantastic, the doctor is the best professional and his team is second to none. Special mention to Yeva from bookimed. She helped me to find the trips, the hospital and took care of everything. Also to the translator at the clinic (Cansel), who was always there for whatever you needed. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Westdent Clinic for their excellent work and care! I had zirconium crowns placed on my upper jaw - the result exceeded all expectations. The work of the doctors is real professionalism, care and striving for perfection. I am especially grateful to the doctors who treated me - thanks to you I now have a beautiful and natural smile and a complete sense of comfort. A huge thank you to the interpreters and all the staff at the clinic for their support, attention and help every step of the way. I never felt alone for a minute - everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way and I was accompanied during all the procedures. Special thanks for organising the transfer: we were met at the airport, taken to the clinic every day and brought back to the hotel - everything was organised clearly, conveniently and without delays. Our stay in a cosy hotel near the clinic was very comfortable: clean rooms, caring staff and an atmosphere in which we could really relax and recover after the procedures. I am so happy that I went ahead with my treatment

I just want to say that WestDent clinic was very welcoming, and all the staff are great. They really do make you feel comfortable and are consistently making sure that you are okay, and helping to allay any concerns you may have. The clinic itself is very clean and the level of care provided is first class. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey. I have recently returned home after having all of my teeth extracted and 12 Zirconia implants placed in my jaws, 6 in each jaw. I currently don't have any teeth as my gums need to heal properly before I return in four months. To be honest, the fact that I don't have any teeth doesn't really bother me. I just feel grateful to have had all my teeth removed as they were very overcrowded, my front upper teeth were buckled and I had a few broken teeth also. I am due to return to WestDent clinic in January (2026) to have my new Zirconia teeth installed and any adjustments to be made, ensuring that I return home next time with a perfect smile. If you are reading this while considering dental treatment, just take the plunge. I am so happy that I went ahead with my treatment. Every other patient I spoke to during my visit was really happy with the clinic and the treatment they received.

I really liked how friendly everyone was. It's just a really nice welcoming atmosphere.

In all fairness I can't really say that there was anything that I disliked. I was a little surprised when I found out that I was going to need six implants per jaw, rather than four But if I'm honest, I always felt like that may be a possibility anyway, even before the 3D scan was taken. Overall I was happy with the whole experience.

I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.
