I am extremely pleased with the final results and have had so many great reactions and comments about my new teeth, especially how natural and real they look

I recently returned from my second trip to WestDent Clinic in Izmir, Turkey. In September 2025 I had full mouth extractions, 12 Zirconia implants placed (6 upper jaw, 6 lower jaw), gums stitched over the implants to help Osseointegration of the implants. I returned in January 2026 for the final stage treatment and the installation of 24 Zirconium crowns. This involved the implants being revealed. The healing caps of the implants being removed and temporary abutments fitted so impressions could be taken of my gums, upper and lower jaws. This is so the implants will fit perfectly when my new teeth had been designed with the aid of C.A.D. The abutments were then removed and healing caps replaced onto the implants. Next day my permanent abutments were installed and I was given some temporary teeth which placed onto my abutments, and could be removed. They were made of a foul tasting material called PMMA. But it gave a good idea of the final results, even though they were a greyish colour. The final day my permanent teeth were checked rigourously for bite adjustment, gaps, spacing, alignment etc, before being placed permanently. My second visit was a five day stay, and involved visiting the Clinic each day, and a couple of longer days towards the end. But I am extremely pleased with the final results and have had so many great reactions and comments about my new teeth, especially how natural and real they look. But I have to say big Thanks to my medical coordinator at Bookimed, Dr Kora. By booking my trip to WestDent Clinic in Izmir through Bookimed, it completely removed the added stress of having to organise all of the logistics of the trip on my own. Dr Kora was extremely helpful and efficient in helping to organise and arrange everything with the Clinic on my behalf. Also answering any questions or concerns I may have had at any point, over the two trips. For which I am extremely grateful!

I recently returned from my second visit to WestDent Clinic in Izmir, Turkey. The Clinic is staffed by warm and welcoming people. You are treated well, and the Clinic itself is clean and hygienic.

I honestly can't say that there was anything I didn't like. I felt like I was treated well during both visits and the level of professionalism and care was very good. Obviously having dental implants involves a significant amount of dental work to be done, but I felt it was done as well as possible.

I am currently using a temporary (artificial) upper jaw, which, by the way, their specialists made very quickly and with absolute quality - I started using it just a week later, when the gum swelling subsided a little, and on the second day, I stopped removing it because it fits very well and does not bother me at all

Thanks to Bookimed, my first trip was very quick and efficient. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly, with answers to all my questions, as well as coordination of the flight and the timeline of the process itself. My first impression of the clinic was very positive, and the price difference was only due to the lack of sufficient information about the actual condition of my teeth. However, after a 3D scan at the clinic, these issues were promptly resolved on-site, with full respect for my wishes. I am currently using a temporary (artificial) upper jaw, which, by the way, their specialists made very quickly and with absolute quality - I started using it just a week later, when the gum swelling subsided a little, and on the second day, I stopped removing it because it fits very well and does not bother me at all. I hope to continue having only positive experiences in the future. However, there is one more visit to the clinic ahead to complete the entire process.

The clinic has excellent organization of all processes - from arrival, to identifying the problem, and further planning of treatment. This was my first visit, and the first stage of implantation involved preparing the gums for implant placement - they removed (9!) already damaged teeth and those that were no longer reliable. Then they immediately inserted 6 implants. The entire procedure from start to finish took about 2 hours, and everything was conducted at a highly professional level. Everything was very well organized - a 3D scan, consultation with the surgeon, the operation itself, and then an impression of the jaw for the artificial upper jaw, as there were no "native" teeth left. The next day, I flew back home.

So far, during my first visit, I have not observed anything unusual and I sincerely hope that this remains the case going forward.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Westdent Clinic for their excellent work and care! I had zirconium crowns placed on my upper jaw - the result exceeded all expectations. The work of the doctors is real professionalism, care and striving for perfection. I am especially grateful to the doctors who treated me - thanks to you I now have a beautiful and natural smile and a complete sense of comfort. A huge thank you to the interpreters and all the staff at the clinic for their support, attention and help every step of the way. I never felt alone for a minute - everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way and I was accompanied during all the procedures. Special thanks for organising the transfer: we were met at the airport, taken to the clinic every day and brought back to the hotel - everything was organised clearly, conveniently and without delays. Our stay in a cosy hotel near the clinic was very comfortable: clean rooms, caring staff and an atmosphere in which we could really relax and recover after the procedures. I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.
