I recently visited WestDent Clinic in Izmir for dental treatment, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming and professional, always making sure I felt comfortable and informed at each step. Communication before and during my trip was clear and reassuring, which made the process smooth. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. My dentist was extremely skilled and paid great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how carefully they explained the treatment plan and answered all my questions. The driver transfers and hotel arrangements provided by the clinic made everything stress-free, and I was able to focus fully on my treatment and recovery. I’m very happy with my results so far and feel much more confident about my smile. I would highly recommend WestDent to anyone considering dental work in Turkey. I don’t even know what to say or how to write this situation I just had with them. I couldn’t get past the disrespectfully sarcastically rude person. I was talking to to try to coordinate to see if we could work together. Here’s the conversation you decide for yourself, but obviously it was very disrespectful and rude. I’m American and we don’t like to be talked to you like that! We don’t talk to people like that and we don’t except it! In case the pictures don’t show up here I was asking him about ratings on trust pilot and some other places. I do thorough research obviously before I get involved with anybody outside of my house even even in this country.! I hardly asked any questions and he got extremely frustrated right off the bat and asked me in a very disrespectful sarcastic way, “ are you interested in a treatment plan or is it your priority to examine our corporate structure?”. Wow!!!! 😮 Nobody in this country would be in business if they talk to a patient like that or possible client even in business outside of medical or dental!! Was this a Third World country situation? I had to ask myself. Read their negative reviews very carefully! They do seem to honestly reply. That’s why I wanted to further check them out you decide for yourself. I’m gonna decide to pay the extra money and just have it done in my country after this conversation.
