I had a mixed experience at Wonjin Plastic Surgery Clinic. The overall service was good, and I want to give special thanks to my English interpreter, Adele. She was incredibly supportive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She (only herself) truly deserves 5 stars for her care and professionalism. However, things changed once I entered the surgery room. The atmosphere was tense and made me feel anxious. Although I don’t speak Korean, I could sense that what seemed to be the main nurse? was speaking rudely to my interpreter, which was very unsettling right before surgery. It made me worry that something was wrong. I was told I’d be sedated briefly, with the rest done under local anesthesia, which made me nervous. Despite my interpreter trying to clarify things, the nurse acted like she was in a rush and didn’t seem to care about my comfort. Even when I expressed that I wasn’t okay with local anesthesia alone, she raised her voice and remained unprofessional. I still don’t know her name, but her behavior seriously made me question the clinic. For someone in a leadership role, this attitude is unacceptable in a setting where patients are already vulnerable. While many parts of my experience were great, I would unfortunately recommend you to look for a different clinic because of the lack of professionalism in the most important setting!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wonjin Beauty, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease. The doctors were not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I understood exactly what to expect. A special mention goes to Adele, the English translator. She was incredibly helpful, walking me through the entire process and answering all my questions. Her presence made a huge difference in making me feel comfortable and confident in the choices I was making. The clinic itself was clean, which gave me confidence in their commitment to hygiene and safety. Everything was efficiently managed, from the initial consultation to the aftercare instructions. The aftercare instructions were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, and the team was available for any follow-up questions or concerns. Overall, my experience at Wonjin Beauty was outstanding. The combination of expert care, a comfortable environment, and excellent aftercare support made this a clinic I would highly recommend to anyone seeking quality cosmetic procedures.

I had fat grafting done at WONJIN clinic and woke up with a large, unexplained cut behind my ear. When I asked for an explanation, the staff tried to blame me, saying I had “scratched it myself while under anesthesia,” which is absolutely ridiculous. They provided zero accountability or proper answers when I pressed for details. The 1 star goes to my interpreters, who were very understanding and genuinely tried to help me throughout this misery. They were the only people who showed any concern or professionalism during this entire experience. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the nurses in the operating room. They were extremely unprofessional, giggling and chatting with each other during prep, which made me feel nervous, ignored, and unsafe. Based on the nature of the wound and how it looked (check the picture!!) it’s clear that someone accidentally cut me with a sharp object during the procedure. Yet nobody owned up to it. I’ve never had an experience this careless or dismissive in a medical setting before. DO NOT go to WONJIN. They will INJURE YOU AND LIE to your face won’t get answers just denial and gaslighting!!!!
