I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hisar Hospital Intercontinental in Istanbul for the high professionalism, attentiveness and care shown at every stage of my treatment. I underwent hysteroscopic removal of several endometrial polyps, including one large one measuring 3 cm. Everything went perfectly - from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care. Special thanks to my doctor - Op. Dr Berna Buse Kobal. She inspired confidence from the very beginning, explained everything calmly and clearly, acted very carefully and confidently. After the operation I felt great, without pain or discomfort. The nurses and all the staff of the clinic were very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the hospital is clean, modern, comfortable and absolutely safe. I would also like to thank Julia, a Bookimed employee, who helped me with counselling and organising the trip. We made the decision literally at the last moment: we were informed from Dushanbe in the evening, flew out at night, and already in the morning I was in the clinic. Everything was organised perfectly - meeting, hospitalisation, surgery on the same day, and in the evening I was already relaxing in the hotel and feeling great. In July 2022, she had a consultation, examination and surgery at the Memorial Clinic. I thank the staff of the clinic, Professor Ilknur Bayraktar and, of course, the Bukmed team represented by Maria and translator Gulzar for their professionalism. Everything went smoothly. Chambers at the level of 5 star hotels. 3 meals a day, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, TV, nurse and nurses are very attentive.

She was Avialable at every Hour we bothered her. She was Very Friendly and sweet. We enjoyed her company and she made us feel Like Family. SHe was what made our whole experience a Success. The Professor was the Exact Same. They made my Procedure worth it.

Hotellet ligger i nærheten .Det var trygt å man har kontakt med klinikken undere hele oppholdet .Dette kan jeg virkelig anbefale. Jeg hadde neck lift å hadde planlagt å ta nedre facelift men legen anbefalte å heller ta over og under øye da jeg er 55år å hadde tunge øyelokk. .Er så utrolig glad for jeg lyttet til hans anbefalinger å det kostet mindre en forventet.. Resultatet bare nå etter 11dager er utrolig.Jeg er så fornøyd..

We did a circumcision operation on my son. The doctor is wonderful. One of the best surgeons in Turkey. An interpreter was provided and the whole team was very good. Enjoyed the whole experience. 😊

The whole hospital experience was very pleasant. My doctor was very competent and clearly an expert in his field. Everything was understood and clearly explained to us. Our interpreter really guided us through the whole experience from the first day until the last.

This is the only clinic that has agreed to my request of having keloid steroid injection done and for that I am grateful for them all for accommodating me. There is daily changes to the keloid since the steroid injection, keloid used to be aggressive, very red, and itchy but now it’s slowly decreasing in size, not red anymore quite dark now though but I guess that’s the bruise, first time in years I haven’t felt itchy on the area. Normally, a few sessions are needed but the Doctor said maybe one is enough as it’s not a big keloid. Hoping in the next few weeks it will improve for the better. As per the staff, very few can speak English but it was not a problem for me as there was an agent allocated to look after me. Thanks again :)
