My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery. My amazing husband who was by my side the whole and supported my decision was absolutely amazed and thanked Dr. Emre for the amazing work he did on my tummy tuck. We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.
