Hospital fine, clean decent staff Got gynecomastia surgery, emintha into healing moderately okay results, had maybe grade one maybe grade 2 gyno, got glands removed as I was very lean, Surgeon made long incisions, along my chest, have two ling 3 Inch scars on either side of my nipples on both side of my chest Fland wasn't fully removed on my left side so have recurring gyno, Need steriod injection to help with scaring, surgeon isn't competent enough to go through the nipples to leave no scarring, Pictures they send of before and after are a lie, Probably look worse than before cant take my top off after, The response to this was get laser treatment or steriod injections Sub par save your money go somewhere else Probably the same for most procedures they do

I liked everything very much, we were met at the airport, we were put up in a luxury hotel, it is located next to the hospital, it is very convenient, the next day we met at the hospital with an interpreter, we went around, we waited for all the tests and on the same day the operation was performed, the care was super, they were discharged on the third day. Everything was perfect. My personal driver met me at the airport and took me to the clinic in a luxury car. At the clinic I was met by the coordinator - interpreter Ismail. He helped me to get registered at the clinic and set preliminary analyses. The next day there was another coordinator - interpreter. She helped me through the remaining procedures before surgery. Many people come with an accompanying family member (mum, sister, husband) I came alone. So my coordinator sat with me in the room after surgery all day until I fully recovered, talking to me. All the days after the operation, the coordinators came several times a day to ask about my condition and my needs. All the doctors are very nice and attentive. All the staff, nurses, orderlies and other clinic staff are all very caring and nice. The ward is large and spacious. It has a toilet and a shower. There is a cupboard for personal belongings and a TV set. Meals are provided several times a day. The menu differs depending on the operation and some people can make their own diet. I am glad I chose this clinic, I recommend it to everyone. MANY THANKS TO DR ALIATIN AND MY COORDINATORS MRS BURCIN, MRS IZMAIL AND MRS OLENA.

I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. I did a tummy tuck + breast lift + full liposuction only 10 Days ago, I’m not able to see final results yet but so far I am extremely happy. The staff at the. Clinic was extremely nice and making sure I was as comfortable as possible and always available.. The staff speaks little English but we had the chance to have translator that make’s himself available at any time of the day , and he really accommodate us . They are all extremely nice .
