Hi Julia! I had liposuction about a year ago, and my recovery was pretty smooth overall. The first few days were tough with the swelling, but after a week or so, I started feeling much better. As for sagging, I didn’t have any major issues, but my doctor recommended compression garments which really helped. It took me about 4-6 weeks to feel completely normal again. Just be patient with the process! Sophia

How long does getting a dental crown take?
Description: Hi everyone! I’m considering getting a dental crown soon, but I’m wondering how long the process actually takes from start to finish. I’ve heard it can vary depending on the dentist and the type of crown, but I’d love to hear your experiences. How many appointments did you need, and how long did each one take? Also, how much time passed between appointments? I’m trying to plan ahead and want to know what to expect. Thanks in advance!

How to choose the right surgeon for rhinoplasty
Hi everyone! I'm considering getting a rhinoplasty soon but I'm really overwhelmed with how to choose the right surgeon. There are so many options, and I want to make sure I find someone experienced and trustworthy. I've heard that the results can really vary depending on the surgeon, and it’s a big decision for me. I’ve been doing some research on my own, but honestly, it’s hard to know who to trust. Does anyone have any advice on what to look for in a surgeon or how to find one that fits your needs and budget? Thanks a lot in advance!

Active lifestyle after breast augmentation surgery
Hi everyone! I’ve finally decided to take the plunge and get breast implants. I’m 30, no kids yet, and I’ve always had a small chest (A cup). I’m very active and love things like yoga, running, and cycling. I recently consulted with a surgeon who suggested going for under-the-muscle implants (Mentor brand). I’m a bit nervous because I’ve heard it takes longer to recover from this type of surgery, and I’m worried about how it could affect my chest muscles in the long term. Has anyone here had a similar experience? How did it affect your workouts after the surgery? And how did you manage the recovery period while staying active? I’d appreciate any advice! Thanks a lot!
