Hello! My name is Yaroslava. I’m a trained physician and a medical coordinator by calling. At Bookimed, I support patients from their very first inquiry until they return home and say, “I’m doing well.”

Behind every case, there’s not just a diagnosis but a person with their own story, fears, and hopes. I work with oncology, neurosurgery, transplantation, rehabilitation, and other complex cases — and in each one, I see more than just a medical challenge.

My patients aren’t just “clients,” but people going through a difficult chapter in life. I’m here to help, explain, stay close, and move forward together — with respect for their feelings and determination to see things through.

We don’t just code, write or consult — we help our patients to solve their medical issue with no undue effort supporting them at every step of their journey — from the first click on the website to the arrival at the hospital and back home.
