I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter.

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

the translator Joanne was excellent and very attentive

t was a great experience, the doctor was good, but could have been more attentive. The staff are a little curt when it comes to customer service, but the translator Joanne was excellent and very attentive, there was also a very friendly older nurse. And there were also free therapeutic treatments that I really liked. Now I need to wait for the results to give a real assessment of whether the treatment was really good.

All medical staff and the doctor were wonderful throughout my treatment journey. Nurses were very kind, attentive and very thoughtful. I’m so touched by their attitude and thoughtfulness, especially after my surgery. Nurse Joanne and Nurse Jenny accompanied me back to the hotel, bought necessities for me and even gave me an umbrella because it was going to be a rainy weekend. Kept in touch with me even in the weekend to check up on me. Thank you!

I recommend this clinic with all my heart.

It was like a breeze. My best decision about my body. Everyone was good to me. The doctor made a perfect work. All staff wanted to help. The clinic is fantastic, very fancy, very clean, a warm place as well. I didn’t felt any pain, I didn’t felt ashamed about my body before the surgery and I left very confident with it after the surgery. I’m glad that I found this clinic. It was definitely a good experience. I recommend this clinic with all my heart. I’m not from Turkey, I’m from Europe and the fact that I choose the Dr. Esra Cabuk Comert’ clinic was the best choice. She and her staff are the best.

I cannot emphasise enough how positive my experience was under Doctor Kamile Tijunele. Quite honestly, without reservation, 5 stars! And if it were possible to give more stars, I would give them.

I decided to travel to Lithuania for cosmetic surgery after much research and deliberation. I was very impressed with my video calls with Doctor Kamile Tijunele. She gave me a lot of time, asked me questions, listened and proposed a lower face deep-plane facelift with fat grafting. We discussed this over a few calls. Doctor Kamile was extremely receptive to listening to all my concerns & reassuring. I decided to put my faith in her, and it was the best decision I could have possibly made. From the get-go, Doctor Kamile was not just professional, but also patient and kind. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable both physically & mentally. The surgery went very well. The care I received in the clinic from her and all the team was second to none. I was very appreciative of the efficiency & high standards provided by all. I could not be happier with my results & would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and this doctor. Doctor Kamile is a wonderful doctor & a wonderful person. She takes great pride in her work & is also a very empathetic human being. The aftercare was incredible, and I do mean that quite literally. I was driven to all my appointments & was never left waiting & wondering, everything was prompt & communication throughout was impeccable. A special mention also to Diana, the international coordinator at the clinic. She was always contactable, always helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough of SAERO, so much so that I am already planning to come back next year and talked about it to all my friends!!!

SAERO Clinic team is the best! From Jennie who helped every step of the way, making sure that everything was perfect, to the Nurses and Front desk people; everybody was super helpful, pro and kind. Dr Park is wonderful! Cannot recommend enough of SAERO, so much so that I am already planning to come back next year and talked about it to all my friends!!!

I can't even put into words how happy I am.

Hello, I don't know where to start. At the beginning I was a bit afraid of what to expect, but when I arrived at the hospital the staff and the doctor immediately allayed my fears. I am fascinated by the result of my tummy tuck +360 degree liposuction. The staff and the whole hospital team were very nice and Dr Ergin is the best doctor in my opinion, he knows his job. In the event that I should decide to have another operation at some point, I would only go to this doctor and this hospital. I can't even put into words how happy I am.

I am quite impressed with how easy it was to arrange everything through them.

I recently booked a blepharoplasty with dr Elgin Er through Bookimed. They were very speedy in their response to any of my questions and the representative from Bookimed followed up frequently to ensure that all the arrangements were done fast and effectively. I am quite impressed with how easy it was to arrange everything through them. It took the uncertainty and difficulty out of the process. The liked the ease of the whole process. All arrangements were done and each step of the process worked like clockwork. Traveling with a dedicated driver to and from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel to the clinic and back. The hotel they booked was sufficient and the staff were very friendly and supportive. The surgeon, dr Elgin is very knowledgeable and I’m quite happy with the outcome of the surgery. Very little scarring and bruising. You only see the surgeon for 5 min before the operation. All post-op visits are done with other doctors. When you have any questions for the surgeon be sure to ask it during the first consultation as you won’t get another chance. Although my contract stated that it includes for a partner with 5 nights at the hotel and 1 night in the hospital , my booking at the hotel was only for 1 person. And it was only 4 nights at the hotel as I had to check out of the hotel for the night in the hospital and re- check in after the surgery. That was a quite inconvenient as I would have liked to leave my luggage in the room, and my partner also had to pay extra to stay in the hotel for the night that I was in the hospital.

I had an epidural & also had pubs in my back, cause I g acutely pain, the hospital were initially reluctant to give me strong pain killers , but that was sorted,, service was so good I would consider going back for a holiday, all the staff were extremely helpful . Hello everyone, like many other people before an operation, I wasn't feeling very well. The staff at the clinic immediately reassured and accompanied me. Believe me or not, I didn't feel a thing. The dental surgeon fitted the 2 implants in 40 minutes, and I had no infections whatsoever. My Bookimed advisor (Péguy) was with me from the start and is still with me today. From start to finish communication was great. All my questions were answered promptly. Going to a different country for a major procedure (in my case a rhinoplasty) when you don’t speak the language can be intimidating but in this case it felt like every effort was made for me to understand everything that was happening and I couldn’t be happier with my results and post op care!
