My name is Fahri, and I’m a medical coordinator at Bookimed. While I don’t come from a medical background, I bring something equally important — solid sales experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of people. For years, I’ve worked with clients from different cultures, helping them make informed decisions and feel confident in their choices. Every day, I guide patients from all over the world through complex healthcare journeys, making sure they feel supported and understood. I treat each case with care, regardless of the diagnosis. I’m calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and always focused on what’s best for the patient.

I’m especially passionate about regenerative medicine — including stem cell therapy — and the hope it offers. For me, coordination is not just logistics — it’s about trust, empathy, and real connection.
