My name is Leila, and I am a practicing internal medicine physician with additional specializations in immunology and allergology.

My clinical background allows me to deeply understand complex medical cases, chronic conditions, and the logic behind diagnostic and treatment decisions — not only theoretically, but through real clinical experience.

As a Team Lead, my primary role is to help my team support patients at the highest possible level — medically, emotionally, and operationally.

I work closely with my coordinators to:

• help them correctly analyze medical cases and understand diagnoses;
• teach them how to ask the right medical and clarifying questions;
• guide them in selecting appropriate clinics and doctors based on medical indications, not just availability;
• support them in building trust-based, empathetic communication with patients who are often anxious or overwhelmed;
• help structure complex cases so patients receive clear, transparent, and realistic options;
• maintain high standards of ethics, responsibility, and patient-centered care.

I truly believe that patients feel safe only when the team behind them feels confident and supported.

That is why I invest a great deal of time in mentoring, training, and supporting my coordinators — so they can communicate clearly, think critically, and remain calm even in complex or emotionally challenging situations.
