I would definitely recommend this hospital and all the staff, I could not recommend them highly enough.

The great experiance started from pick up from airport with private comfortable taxi to hotel, and the next day the taxi to hospital. The hospital was first class, clean to such a high standard with exceptional treatment and care, from everyone looking after us we could not fault it in anyway. The surgeon, anathesist, nurses and the interpretor, were all amazing, all looked after me so well and discussed everything that was going to happen and carried out several tests, l felt very comfortable in their hands and their hospital, my private room was amazing. My husband stayed in the hospital the whole time with me, where they catered for his needs, sleeping the night and supplying his food and drinks, making us both feel very comfortable. I would definately recommend this hospital and all the staff, l could not reccomend them highly enough. I will if l need more treatment, definately go back there. Finished with private taxi to airport, at no extra cost. Thank you all.

My request was for a specific treatment for my condition, which I believe was triggered by COVID or vaccine-related complications. The treatment itself is relatively new and not widely available; however, the doctor Faturanız Hazırdır was open to considering my request, which was a decisive factor in choosing this hospital. Her level of empathy was touching. When I arrived, I received outstanding support from Aliser Durdiyev, who coordinated the entire process — from reception and medication procurement to scheduling the treatment. None of this would have been possible without Hanna Karvatska, who connected all of us who has deep personal and professional connection with people here, and I’m deeply grateful to her, Alisar, and the doctor for their support and professionalism. And special thanks for the empathy from all three people, the teamwork they created to get me what we all believe could be the best treatment.

My whole family against me coming to turkey for this operation from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty . Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. At first I was hesitant for the treatment in Mexico but after the meeting with doctor Isabella, my entire perspective changed. She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She will explain the treatment and procedure with you in detail. I will not hesitate again to recommend her to any of my friends and family. Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

I can't recommend Aliser and the level of support we received enough - especially in such difficult circumstances.

I highly recommend Florence Nightingale Hospital to anyone that is about to undergo a medical journey. For us, everything happened so suddenly. From the moment we uploaded files and made our request on Bookimed, Aliser as the International Coordinator was immediately on hand to support us - incredibly attentively and with compassion. He was supportive to our needs, and at a moment’s notice jumped onto WhatsApp calls to answer any questions and went above and beyond to give us the information we needed. We were navigating significant timezone issues (based in Hong Kong, whereas the patient, father-in-law, was in Albania) but we didn’t feel this burden. We had lots of specific needs that were met, including jumping onto a Video call with Professor Yildiray Yuzer, to answer questions directly. We weren’t the easiest of patients with lots of reassurance needed, but Aliser was helpful in being able to put himself in the position of the patient and being on our side to help us. We were incredibly satisfied by the level of support that we received - especially in comparison to other hospitals in Istanbul. I can’t recommend Aliser and the level of support we received enough - especially in such difficult circumstances. Once we arrived in Istanbul we appreciated being met with a transfer, and recommendations were made for accommodation to ensure that we were comfortable. Throughout our consultations, we most definitely felt that the Florence team was earnest - putting patient health first, above profit, which we appreciated. During the hospital stay itself, we were also blown away by the compassion of the nurses and support staff in our ward. Something that was so challenging, was punctuated throughout with so many moments of warmth and support. In addition, the facilities, hospital rooms, and cleanliness and hygiene at Florence were fantastic, we couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Most importantly, we were reassured by the experience and expertise of Professor Yuzer and his team. Any patient can trust that they are in expert hands. It’s also helpful to see that these skills are supported by a genuine empathy for the patient. Ultimately, the procedure was a success (we hope that positive health outcome continues!). It feels surreal having embarked on the journey, however, I’m incredibly satisfied with the service, support and expertise of the hospital. There’s nothing I can think of to improve!

It definitely deserves 10/10 not because of the facilities but because of the staff who run the place from the cleaning staff all the way to the doctors.

From the start to finish, everything was perfect. I have used different clinics and hospitals in turkey but the service provided here and the care of the doctors has been the best. Aliser and Ayperi were both very caring and help with translation, Aliser was there helping with every need was very humble and caring nature. All the nurses and doctor main concern was the help and our comfort, one nurse who we thanked said no don't thank me it's my job. The doctors visited us everyday to check up and would care for all our needs, even the outpatient admin came to see if everything is ok then said she will speak to the nurses even though it wasn't her job. The airport transportation, pick up and drop off were punctual, room was spacious, clean and tidy. The room was cleaned multiple times a day and food was provided which was tasty considering its hospital. It definitely deserves 10/10 not because of the facilities but because of the staff who run the place from the cleaning staff all the way to the doctors.

I had to do an operation of the fracture of my little finger that happened during vacation in the South of Turkey. The organization was supported by Alisher Durdiyev and was very quick and helpful, even during the late evening. The surgery could be organized very quickly, the doctor Levent Yalcin, one of the rare hand surgeons, was extremely good, could incorporate my wishes and I was back with my family very quickly. The teams of nurses and doctors in the hospital was very good. Thanks a lot to the great team!

We are really grateful to Bookimed for helping our dream come true. My daughter was diagnosed with strabismus lazy eye problem when she was 1,5 years old, now she is 10 years old. After treatments with patching and wearing glasses her eyes still didn’t fully straightened. That’s why recently we decided to do surgery and started searching best doctors and hospitals around the world online. While searching from google I found Bookimed services. First, I thought it’s an automated bot, but then suddenly Hanna medical assistant replied to me saying that she is a human. I still didn’t believe, then she offered to talk through phone call and we discussed our needs/expectations. Since then around 1 year Hanna was keeping in touch with me supporting with arrangements of our daughter’s eye surgery. Through Bookimed we were able to book an appointment with Dr. Stifter, the best paediatric eye doctor in Vienna, Austria and she conducted the surgery herself and her team. All doctors in her team are professionals, Dobling hospital is very clean and well equipped. Surgery costed for us €10000 with one night stay at the hospital. One just small negative thing is after surgery check up at Professor Stifter’s office costed another €400, in my opinion is a lot, where we also additionally paid €500 for before surgery check up at the same place. In overall, surgery was successful and we are thankful to Bookimed services(the cost for Bookimed services was included in the total amount of €10000, around € 1800 for patient management services).
