I appreciate doctor and operation team and Whats app take care team. About the Doctor: Dr. Anna and Olga from Bookimed was good support me. About the Clinic: Operation, Take care service, Hotel, Car Transfer all very good. About the Results: I don’t know the result yet. It will be known after 1 year. About the Experience: Hotel also good quality hotel and good location. Transfer Car also very luxury car. Most Positive Sentence: I appreciate big support. Operation, Take care service, Hotel, Car Transfer all very good. Totally I satisfied this hospital and care team. Operation team had a good service mind and feeling has a good skill (Now I don’t know result. It will be known after 1year). Hotel also good quality hotel and good location. Transfer Car also very luxury car. Just One Point I want Improvement. When I arrival Airport and Waiting Meeting Point with Hospital Staff, I couldn’t use wifi (Airport wifi also couldn’t used) and couldn’t contact with hospital staff. I think Driver need to wait customer with name sign board. I was lucky and some tour company 2 staff help me and finally I met driver after 30mins later. Totally I appreciate doctor and operation team and Whats app take care team. Dr. Anna and Olga from Bookimed was good support me. When I asked and checked some detail, always reply soon and they did their best. I appreciate big support Thank you for your support and good service.

В целом впечатление хорошее. Встретили, поселили в гостиницу, утром завтрак - это отличный сервис. Пересадка волос на хорошем уровне. Единственный минус, что пересадили 2000 графтов вместо обещанных 2400-3000, я немного понимаю по турецки и понял этот обман. Если бы цена была за один графт - было бы понятнее. Я летел чтобы сэкономить, но в моем случае получилось так же, как если бы я сделал в Британии.

This is the second time I have been to this Hospital and both experiences have been absolutely brilliant the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and lovely staff very helpful and the hospital is beautiful to very clean the staff are so friendly and helpful and they don't make you sit around and wait as soon as I walk in they bring you straight up to your room talk to you you about the operation and the surgeon is out of this world if I could give 10 stars for it I would and Abdul Who who is the person who liaison between me and the hospital is so so helpful and very pleasant to speak to you I have so many friends that want to go over to get procedures done there as well I highly recommend this Hospital and the doctor best experience ever and best results and best prices also thank you everyone .

"It’s quite a scary thing to have any kind of surgery in a different country to your own but I feel as though I was taken care of very well by everyone at LIV hospital and I can already see the beginnings of my new shape after Dr Zeyneps excellent work!"

My procedure was liposuction to 3 areas - upper belly, lower belly and waist. My initial contact was with Dr Anna Petrikova through Bookimed. I sent my photos to her and spoke with her about possible hospitals in Turkey. She contacted some hospitals for me and came back with the recommended procedure and costs from the hospitals. Firstly mini tummy tuck with liposuction was suggested. I did not want a tummy tuck so asked Anna if she would contact the hospitals again for liposuction only and told her that I was not expecting to have the tummy of a 20 year old (I am 48), just an improvement would be acceptable. Anna came back to me with some choices for liposuction only and some prices. Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you want and to take your time with your decision. Anna answered all my questions as quickly as possible and did not pressurise me in any way. She was professional and very helpful at all times. Barbara from the care department at Bookimed suggested some hotels as I wanted to book my own. She came up with an apartment which was only about 10 mins from the hospital that I had decided on which was LIV hospital. I was then allocated a hospital coordinator - Nomonzaya Purevsuren. She was excellent and sorted everything to do with the hospital - taxi transfers to/from airport, accommodation and hospital, all translations with admission staff at the hospital, nurses, anethetist etc and she was in contact with me constantly. She went down to the operating theatre with me and was back at my room after my procedure to answer any questions and make sure everything was ok. I stayed at the hospital overnight and had regular contact with Nomonzaya - it was a bit like having a Personal assistant in a private hospital! I would have been lost without her and she was a great help. My surgeon at LIV hospital was Dr Zeynep Sevim. She was fluent in English and very professional. She answered any questions I had and I felt very comfortable with her - it was actually quite nice to have a female Dr. I was admitted to the hospital in the morning and after blood tests etc were carried out, my procedure was done the same afternoon. Everything went as expected and I was discharged the following afternoon. I went back to Dr Zeyneps clinic the next morning for a check up. The hospital and nursing staff were excellent and looked after me very well and although the nurses did not speak much English, Nomonzaya was always on hand. My husband was with me at the hospital most of the time and there was a pull out sofa bed in my room that he could have slept on if wanted. He was always made to feel welcome and was given food if he was there at meal times. All of this happened only 11 days ago so I am of course feeling a bit sore and bruised. I sent my updated photos to the Dr. this morning and she said that everything was looking good and I should send some more in around 2 weeks. It’s quite a scary thing to have any kind of surgery in a different country to your own but I feel as though I was taken care of very well by everyone at LIV hospital and I can already see the beginnings of my new shape after Dr Zeyneps excellent work!

"Short but encouraging and 'productive' I would say."

My hospital stay was short, my appointment with the doctor lasted for 15 minutes. He carefully listened to all I had to say, previous diagnosis I had, stated his recommendation and additionally prescribed me another drug. I have to do a follow up after I finish my medication and return for his opinion regarding my state of health. Short but encouraging and 'productive' I would say. However, I have the feeling we should have discuss more about side effects of the drugs and alternatives if they do not have the desired effect for me.
