The medical team were great, very attentive. They did a wonderful job of making me feel safe immediately post operation and when I can back for a review Bookimed have been excellent in this process, I think the experience would have been vastly different (in a bad way) if I weren't to have used them. As I was travelling abroad to get my surgery done, I felt lost and clueless in the plethora of clinics and doctors out there. Hugo done a great job of shortlisting the best clinics suited to me and produced a package which I would not of been able to do on my own.

I recently traveled to Istanbul for my first cosmetic surgery procedure and i couldn't be more happy with the whole process. The coordinator, Abdul, was amazing at calming any nerves and making me feel at easy. He also answered all my late night questions about the process very fast. As for the surgery I must say I was/am blown away by my surgeon DR. Ergin and his abilities to exceed my expectations! I went in to see if i could get nose width reduced and moderate natural looking implant and recieved an amazing rhinoplasty that enhanced my overall face and breast implants with breast lift that look absolutely perfect for my body. Im only 3 weeks out and all my friends and coworkers can't stop complimenting my new appearance. The hospital room i stayed in was a standard room and very comfortable. The nurses helped me with everything from feeding, icing my face, and helping me to the bathroom. Overall everyone, was incredible from the very first online consultation and still keeps in contact. I would suggest to anyone to ask for the blanche hotel next to the center as it is withing a 2 minute walk and has amazing 24hr room service and artisan raspberry cheesecake that is amazing!

I would fully recommend using bookimed in Eastanbul for your Dental care.

The staff were first class The Hospital is first class The driver was helpful and first class They made you feel welcome and did their best to answer any fears you might have The coordinator found time to assist in any appointments, travel or location to make your stay as pleasant and trouble free as possible. With out a doubt they made you feel welcome. The procedures and treatment for the amount of work in my case was surprisingly far from as painful as I feared. Yes you will feel some soreness but it's well worth the little discomfort. I would fully recommend using bookimed in Eastanbul for your Dental care.

"I feel like I am in very good hands with this team."

Had a consultation for breast mass. An interpreter stayed with me and helped with everything since i dont speak Turkish. The physician very pleasant and professional. He recommened diagnostics and i stayed for the afternoon and quickly proceeded through mammography. Ultrasound and biopsy. Technicians were efficient and diagnosis made. Not cancer good news but my large tumor will require surgery. I will come back in a few days for this. I feel like I am in very good hands with this team. Hospital is new .only one year old. Very beautiful and modern. Istanbul is beautiful and im staying in the tourist section. Food is wonderful and everyone is very friendly in this country .

Fantastic service and so professional. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Ergin is a genius. The staff are all excellent. The hotel service was fantastic. Everything from the beginning to end was great. Would 100% recommend. The breast reduction surgery was something I always wanted and i couldn’t be more grateful. I don’t have a single fault for my visit. My translator was lovely and attentive and I was able to contact him before, during and after my visit with any question. The process and procedure flowed smoothly.

So other than the mishap and disorganized shuttling system Proesthe has in place, the rest of the process and procedure was like clockwork and flowed smoothly. In terms of the staff, everyone from the DR’ s panel to the technicians were so friendly, warm and accommodating, as well delicate but yet very professional at what each of them were tasked to do during the procedure.
