I doubt that a clinic anywhere is better than Evergreen.
I have traveled twice to udapest from Odessa ,Texas to visit this clinic. Dr Grumming replaced 9 filling that were old and such a gentle job I fell asleep in the dental chair several times over 3 days during which she did a fantasic job replacing the old dental work.
On my second visit, Dr. Soma Vesprime extracted one tooth and installed 3 implant bases. One implant required that he repair the jaw bone following the poor work done by my former dentist in Texas. This required a sinus lift and bone graph before he could install the base, which was considerably more difficult than just installing the ase.
This clinic has state of the art equipment with highly trained dentist who, although young, are very proficient.
I doubt that a clinic anywhere is better than Evergreen. Their support staff, including Tamara, are proficient in German and English and they provide many extra services to help their patients.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for hair transplant.
In November 2019 I had my procedure done. Firstly I must say this place is top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and pleasant. I love my new hairline and can’t wait for it to grow in fully. Anton and Abdul are we’re very helpful through the entire experience. The hotel they booked is walking distance from the facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for hair transplant.

Dr. Czene Judit takes the appropriate time for the patients and responds to the wishes of the patients accordingly. I experienced this differently at other dentists several years ago. What was good:
-Bookimed team was very professional and ready to answer all questions
-The Estetik medical team with the doctor were courteous and professional. I cannot comment on the results until after December 2020.
-The concierge team was very courteous and ready to answer any questions
-The planning team was really on point. Keep it up!
What needs to be improved:
-instructions with aftercare (right now it’s by word of mouth which is sub-standard these days)
-a more detailed description of the doctors success stories and his team
-concierge team to have a checklist system for themselves to ensure that they do not forget anything
-better hotel selection packages (divan hotel had a 4* lobby and a 2* room): ie 3,5,7,10 days

I've visited Memorial Sisli Hospital for the VIP check up. Luckily, I've decided to make a booking through bookimed rather than directly as the company helped me later on when I experienced some problems at the hospital.
It was very easy to make an appoitment and I'd like to thank Anton for patiently helping me to navigate through different hospitals and selecting the right package. Upon my arrival in Istanbul, bookimed organized a transfer to and from hotel to the hospital though due to the traffic there was some waiting time. Contact persons from Bookimed were always ready to answer any questions and provide support.
In regard to the services provided by the hospital, I am generally satisfied with the VIP check up provided. Though following the tests I was referred for additional tests and consultations not covered by the package. I arrived the next day for the results and instead of in person consultation was told by an interpreter that all is well. I was very surprised with such level of services as I was requested to pay for the consultation of a professor a day before and instead received an oral statement from an interpreter. I've asked for a consultation with the professor as has been agreed before, but was told that she has left for the day. I then demanded a refund as I did not obtain a service, i.e. consultation of a professor. The hospital then sent a nurse to tell me that the tests were ok. I was still not satisfied as I was expecting a consultation from the doctor, not the nurse or an interpreter. In addition, as the therapist a day before raised concerns for me and sent me for these additional tests, I really wanted to clarify the situation and ask questions. Unfortunately, the hospital could not provide it as apparently there were no other doctors available in this field. This whole second day was a big disappointment as it seems the hospital staff did not care about helping me once I was done with the VIP check up, they also did not try to find alternative solutions. It felt as a scam, as the day before the doctor sends you for additional tests and then you do not get anything out of these tests - not a consultation. Only after repeated demands I was given a hand written note which said the tests were ok, but it did not look as a proper test results comparable to the ones I did a day before.
Considering that additional tests and consultations were not cheap, I requested a refund. It took almost the whole day to obtain a refund, the hospital could no longer provide me with an interpreter neither in Russian nor in English and I felt disappointed. The interpreters who are assigned for check up were busy with other clients and could not attend to my situation. I was left waiting for about 4 hours while the hospital management was making a decision. Finally, with many thanks to an interpreter from Memorial Bahçelievler hospital, I believe her name was Olga, the situation was resolved. Olga showed herself as a professional and a very caring specialist. I managed to obtain my refund. I also appreciate the support bookimed provided throughout the situation.
Once I left, there were some other test results that I expected to obtain in the next week. Unfortunately, it again took forever to get these results back and required bookimed to follow up on several occasions with the hospital. I do appreciate Barbara's follow up with me and her following up with the hospital.
Overall, I am satisfied with the Check up service, but very dissatisfied with the follow up procedure and lack of consultation. I will not choose this particular hospital for future check ups, as if you're paying you should receive service and not deal with the issues and feel like a scam.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and quality of the procedure.
Overall had a very positive experience throughout right from landing in Istanbul to my hair procedure.
The clinic’s services and communications was exceptional. They were very patience in clearing my doubts before arriving in Istanbul.
Regarding my procedure, the doctor explained the overall procedure and answered all my queries the consultation. I found the doctor’s assistance who operated on me very dedicated and comforting. The pain was minimal and everything went smoothly.
Although the technicians where doing the procedure, i was expecting the doctor to check on my procedure frequently by visiting during the surgery.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and quality of the procedure. Will give feedback on the hair growth and success after i see the results in future

Neurosurgeon Dr. B.Oliver is a true expert. He has removed a brain tumor in my daughter who is only 4 years old. The tumor was huge and difficult to reach. The doctor is just amazing! Everything is at the highest level. Spanish people are sympathetic and kind, and I've just fallen in love with the nation. I thank everyone for saving my kid! And recommend the hospital!

Excellent and prompt service. They told (without insisting) which hospital and which doctor to contact. Initially I planned a survey in South Korea, but on the recommendation of the Bookimed coordinator, I went to the Italian clinic of San Donato, to Dr. Carlo Pappone, and I have no regrets. Special thanks to Anton Volvak and the representative of the clinic San Donato, Julia. Paid directly to the clinic (after all procedures), the price is the same as reported by an employee bookimed. Bottom line: I recommend this service.

I was very impressed by the staff at Clinic Teknon. They were very helpful and accommodating. I managed to get a very last minute consultation with Dr Vincent’s Paloma who I immediately felt at ease with. He explained everything in depth and I left the consultation feeling completely satisfied and in good hands!!

The only thing to improve is that it would be nice to have some follow-up after the surgery is done, specially once you are home.
The medical team is very nice but people should have in mind that only a few nurses speak some English, anyway this is not a real problem. I am happy with my results and the hospital is comfortable, modern and the rooms very clean and spacious.
