Medical travels are safe. With us

All Bookimed patients are supported by medical coordinators — personal assistants with higher medical education. Each of them is an expert with relevant clinical and research experience. Meet our team
What services do they provide?
- Match hospitals and doctors right to solve the patient's medical issue. They study every request in detail, take into account the patient’s needs and preferences.
- Get individual treatment programs from the hospitals you've chosen, agree on the trip details and dates.
- Monitor the correctness of all documents and, if necessary, arrange the translation into the required language.
- Arrange second medical opinion.
The Bookimed Care Department helps our patients arrange medical trip and resolve any unforeseen issues during it. Our employees stay in touch 24/7 and never leave you alone in another country.
Factors that medical coordinators take into account matching the hospital
- The doctors' experience. Conditions are managed by specific doctors, so it's important to be sure of their high qualifications and relevant skills.
- The quality of medical services. We use international certificates and accreditations from independent organizations (as JCI, ISO etc.) as its proof.
- Latest treatment guidelines. They contain information on the most effective treatment regimens.
- Modern technical equipment. The equipment of the latest generation is often the most efficient and safest.
- The level of service at a medical center. Comfortable environment is important for the patient's state of mind.
- Your wishes. We will select hospitals according to your preferences — geographical location, wards, required additional services, etc.
Bookimed coordinators do not "prescribe” you a hospital, just provide complete and objective information of various options. The choice is always yours.
