Our coordinators are not responding to us, no one is responding, we paid the nutritionist for a month in the clinic, but for a month now no one has heard a word, although I write to the 2nd coordinators I don’t understand what the problem is, plus my mother’s complications from drugs prescribed by the cardiologist but the doctor warned and said that if this happens then contact her through the coordinators, but so far (for 3 weeks) none of them have answered yet, to be honest, I don’t understand what the problem is, they themselves in the clinic said cordially that we are in contact with doctors through them now none of them answer.

"I will definitely visit again
As a first time visitor to Turkey and to this hospital, it was a beautiful and a totally stress-free experience for me.
The Hospital staff were very friendly and the doctors were very thorough. Ahmed my interpreter was very attentive and accurate in his interpretations and so I didn’t feel like anything was missing. I was totally satisfied with his assistance, and he went out of his way to ensure that I had everything properly arranged from the airport pickup to my hotel and to the hospital, and he ensured that my visit to the hospital was as easy as possible.
I was also very impressed with all the facilities in the hospital, and with the handling of my complete and full body medical checkup by all the relevant medical personnel.
I will definitely visit again.

Everything happened quickly
We were normally met, we were dealt with, we went to the doctors with us, there was a constant translator. Everything was normal, adequate. If they were waiting for something, then not for long, everything happened quickly,
