Elnara Shukurova is a dermatologist, certified trichologist and cosmetologist. In 2001, she graduated from the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of the Azerbaijan Medical University. She completed her work experience at the Republican Skin and Venereal Diseases Dispensary. She worked in the field of dermatovenereology at the Russian Children's Railways.
