Dr. Schlemmer is a qualified Otorhinolaryngologist with 14 years of experience in the field. He is an honorary lecturer in the Department of ENT at UKZN and has a special interest in Otology and Neurotology, as well as Lateral Skull Base and Head and Neck surgery. He has expertise in various ENT procedures such as stapedotomy, endoscopic sinus surgery, and cochlear implantation.
Dr. Mustafa Kapadia is a board-certified ENT specialist with over 12 years of experience, specialising in Ear and Sinus diseases and Skull Base Surgery. He is an expert in Endoscopic Ear Surgery, performing many procedures entirely through the ear canal using an endoscope, avoiding visible external incisions. Dr. Kapadia’s clinical interests also include Pediatric ENT, Nose and Sinus disease, Voice disorders, and Skull Base Surgery. Dr. Kapadia graduated with honours from Rural Medical College, Loni, and completed his ENT residency in Mumbai, India. He further trained with a fellowship in Endoscopic Ear and Lateral Skull Base Surgery at the University of Verona, Italy. An Executive Board Member of the International Working Group on Endoscopic Ear Surgery (IWGESS), Dr. Kapadia has contributed to multiple publications, textbook chapters, and presentations at international conferences. His research focuses on endoscopic ear surgery and Eustachian tuboplasty. Dr. Kapadia is dedicated to providing innovative and ethical care for his patients, ensuring the highest standard of treatment for Ear, Sinus, and Skull Base conditions.
