Dr. Stefan W. Czarniecki was born in the USA, where he began his education, which he continued at McGill University in Montreal and at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In addition to medicine, he studied art history, political science, and physics.
He runs the only comprehensive diagnostic and robotic treatment center for prostate cancer in Central Europe. He collaborates clinically with centers in the USA, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, and France. Active in committees and sections of the European Association of Urology, he lectures internationally. He is the co-author of numerous scientific publications, including multi-center international analyses of the use of liquid biopsies in selective diagnostics of prostate cancer.
He specializes in oncological urology, personalized diagnostics and therapies, focal treatment, and modern active surveillance of prostate cancer. For over 10 years, he has been conducting robotic therapies in the treatment of prostate cancer using the HIFU method, and has performed >2,500 fusion biopsies of the prostate, ranking among the world's leaders. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has had a significant impact on the quality of Polish prostate cancer diagnostics and treatment as well as on media communication regarding this disease.
Igor Anurin - medical specialist (according to the qualification system of doctors in Poland and the European Union), a doctor of the highest category with seventeen years of experience in leading clinics in Warsaw. He specializes in endoscopic sinus surgery, nasal septum straightening, rhinoplasty, plastic surgery of the soft palate (treatment of snoring and sleep apnea), salivary gland tumors, treatment and diagnosis of head and neck cancer, as well as outpatient treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract. FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) is a surgical technique involving minimally invasive surgical drainage of the paranasal sinuses. It involves intranasal opening of narrow spaces responsible for the development of chronic sinusitis and for the process of their mucociliary cleansing. Mucosal overgrowths, polyps, and small bone structures occurring in functionally unfavorable anatomical variants are removed. Another goal of the FESS operation is to open the sinuses in the most atraumatic way possible. The procedure lasts from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the extent of the surgical procedure performed.
Dr. Daniel Leszczyński graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw in 1994. In 2002, he completed his specialization in urology and earned the title of Fellow of the European Board of Urology.
Dr. Leszczyński has many years of experience in laparoscopic urological surgery, initially as an assistant and later as an operating surgeon. He gained his expertise by participating in the majority of laparoscopic procedures at the Department of Urology of the Medical University of Warsaw.
