Dr. Carlos Manuel Pollán Guisasola is a consultant ENT surgeon at Centro Médico Teknon and Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol in Barcelona. Oncologist, Gastroenterologist

Dr. Balaña received her medical degree from the Central University of Barcelona and completed her residency in medical oncology at one of the best public hospitals in Spain, Vall d'Hebrón Hospital.

She was a leading specialist in the treatment of brain tumors at the Institute of Oncology of Catalonia, a founding member and current president of the Spanish Neuro oncology Research Group (GEINO), and a member of the scientific committee of the European Association for Neuro-Oncology.
