Wissarut Sakulpaptong, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist and a cardiology staff member at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. He specializes in advanced echocardiography. His work includes transthoracic and transesophageal studies, strain analysis, 3D and stress echocardiography, and imaging for congenital heart disease. He also holds an M.Sc. (Medicine) from Chulalongkorn University.
His leadership roles include Chief Fellow (2024) and Chief Resident (2022). His awards include Second Prize at the 2025 Echocardiography Annual Scientific Meeting (Heart Association of Thailand), 2021 Outstanding Second-Year Resident, and 2017 Outstanding Medical Graduate. He developed an NSTEMI care pathway, a Screening Echocardiogram Project, and a Home-Visit Warfarin Clinic. He presented research on sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction. He also contributed to Thailand’s 2022 migraine guideline.
