As a urology specialist providing medical services, Prof. Dr. Hasan Biri graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. He started his residency in urology at Gazi University Hospital in 1987 and completed his specialization in 1992, becoming a urology specialist. Dr. Biri completed his compulsory service between 1993-1995. In 1995, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Between 1997-1998, he participated in research in many areas of uro-oncology such as radical prostatectomy and radical cystectomy at the University of Southern California Kneed Norris Uro-oncology Center, and was involved in many clinical practices. He successfully passed the associate professorship exam in 1998 and continued his education and training activities as an associate professor at Gazi University. Between 2000-2003, he served as the head of urology and chief physician at Gazi Ankara Hospital. In 2004, he became a professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Throughout his academic career, he has published over 80 national and international publications and presented papers. Prof. Dr. Aydan Biri is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics. She is known for her skill in robotic surgery. Dr. Biri has performed many advanced robotic procedures and has helped advance her field.
She earned her medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. She completed her specialization in 1992. Dr. Biri became an associate professor in 2006 and a full professor in 2011. She founded Ankara Koru Hospital in 2010. She has also worked at Ankara Maternity Hospital and Gazi Hospital.
Prof. Dr. Süleyman Bülent Bektaşer was born in Kayseri in 1968. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. In 1997, he completed his specialization training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Ankara Dr. Muhittin Ülker Emergency and Traumatology Hospital with a thesis on "Total Knee Arthroplasty Applications and Early Results". Between 1997 and 2000, he worked as a specialist doctor at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of the same hospital, and between 2000 and 2004, he served as a chief resident at the same hospital. Between 2004 and 2013, he worked as a chief resident in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital of the Ministry of Health. He became an associate professor in 2004 and worked as a lecturer at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital between 2014 and 2016. He was appointed as a full professor at Yüksek İhtisas University in 2018. Throughout his academic career, he has published numerous scientific articles. Born in Ankara in 1980, he received his primary and secondary education in Artvin, his hometown. He graduated from Inebolu High School in 1997 and started studying at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine the same year. He received his Medical Doctor degree in 2003 and ranked high in the medical specialization exam the same year.
He started his cardiology specialization education in the Department of Cardiology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and became a cardiology specialist in 2008.
He served as an interventional cardiologist in Rize Education and Research Hospital during his mandatory service.
He worked in the field of electrophysiology with Prof. Dr. Remzi Karaoğuz at Ankara Güven Hospital. He became an Associate Professor in January 2014 and a Professor in 2023.
Throughout his academic career, he has published many scientific publications that have been published nationally and internationally and have received high citations. He provides patent and consultancy services for medical engineering in addition to clinical medical education and treatment services. He is a member of national and international scientific societies. He is currently working in interventional cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fields in the Cardiology Clinic at Ankara Koru Çukurambar Hospital.
