Dr. Suleyman Hilmi Aksoy was born in 1974. He graduated from Istanbul University Çapa School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Radiodiagnostics and Interventional Radiology at Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine in 2002.

He has given oral and written presentations at 13 local and international congresses. Dr. Aksoy specializes in Diagnostic Radiology, Teleradiology, and Interventional Radiology. He has made important contributions in these areas.

He has worked at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, Merzifon Air Hospital, Istanbul Emar Center, and Haseki Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Aksoy is dedicated to improving radiological practices.

Dr. Gülümser Kızıltaş Tokmak is a board-certified neurologist. She specializes in advanced neurophysiological diagnostics. She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine in 2002. She completed her neurology residency at Okmeydanı Teaching and Research Hospital in 2008. Dr. Tokmak also holds a master’s degree in Electrophysiology from Istanbul University.

Dr. Rahib Hasanov is a medical oncologist. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (1999–2005). He completed an internal medicine residency (2009–2013) and a medical oncology fellowship at Marmara University (2015–2018). He also completed an observership at Houston Methodist Hospital (2006–2007).

He focuses on personalized oncology. His treatments include immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and novel agents. His clinical interests include gastrointestinal, breast, lung, and genitourinary cancers.

After becoming a specialist in Pediatrics, he worked in the field of Social Pediatrics for two years, where Healthy Baby Monitoring and vaccine follow-up were carried out. Then, she completed her subspecialty training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology and continued her studies in the field of pediatric blood and cancer diseases. In addition to the treatment of children suffering from leukemia, lymphoma, solid tumors and other blood diseases, she has been working in the Bone Marrow Transplantation (Transplant) Unit for 13 years in Allogeneic (unrelated and intrafamilial), Autologous (from the patient himself) and Haploidentical (partially HLA compatible) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Prof. Dr. Ilhan Elmaci is a leading neurosurgeon. He is known for his skill in brain and spinal surgeries, neurooncology, and skull base surgery. He has worked at top institutions such as Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Elmaci has introduced new techniques in microsurgery and endoscopic skull base surgery.

He is the founding chairman of the Skull Base Society in Turkey. He is also an active member of the European Skull Base Society. Dr. Elmaci has helped advance neurosurgery through teamwork across specialties. He led Turkey’s first EANS-accredited neurosurgery clinic. He also holds accreditations from the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies.

Born in Mucur district of Kırşehir, Firdevs Seyfe Şen completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Kırşehir and then entered Adana Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. After graduating in 1993, she started to work as a general practitioner in Kırşehir province Kaman district No. 1 health center to do her compulsory service. After 1 year, he was assigned to Kırşehir State Hospital Emergency Department. Then he assumed the duty of Kırşehir Provincial Health Directorate Mental and Mental Health Branch Directorate.
