In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Since 2009, he has been employed at Medical Park Antalya Hospital, where he received the title of associate professor in 2020. Dr. Ender Kavukçu is a urologist. He graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 2004. He completed his residency at S.B. Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. He became a Urology Specialist in 2009. In the same year, he passed the European Association of Urology board exam (FEBU).

He has held several leadership roles. He was ESWL (Stone Crushing) Unit Manager at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital from 2010 to 2011. He was Administrative Manager of the Urology Clinic at Van Regional Training Hospital from 2012 to 2015. He served at Kartal Yavuz Selim State Hospital from 2015 to 2018 and at Tuzla State Hospital from 2018 to 2021. Since 2022, he has practiced urology at Avicenna.
