Dr. Osman, who participated in many local and international congresses and fairs during and after the education process, has made many presentations. Dr. Mustafa Çarpar was born in Ankara in 1962. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1986. He completed his doctoral studies in the Department of Orthodontics at Marmara University in 1990. His areas of expertise include orthodontics.
