Dr. Tamer Tekin is a distinguished Neurosurgeon who received his medical degree from Gülhane Military Medicine Faculty in 1999. Pediatric Neurologist with expertise in epilepsy, headache, sleeping disorders, child neurology and development monitoring. Completed medical degree from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006 and a child neurology minor assistant training from Istanbul Medipol University in 2017. Completed specialist doctor training from Şanlıurfa Suruç State Hospital in 2012 and Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa Training and Research Hospital in 2017. Holds various certifications including Denver 2 Developmental Screening Test qualification, Neotonal Resuscitation Program practitioner certification and various courses in child neurology, epilepsy, neuroimmunology, EMG and basic genetics. Member of Turkey Child Neurology Society.

Dr. Türe developed a step-wise teaching method for utilizing the microscope and suction tube. He then presented this technique to the neurosurgical community by teaching neurosurgeons and visiting laboratories internationally. He was also President of the WFNS 16th World Congress of Neurosurgery in Istanbul, Turkey in 2017.
