Prior to this, he pursued his medical education at Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa English Medical School. Throughout his career, Kadir has held various positions, including roles at Europ-Assistance Insurance Company in Turkey and Antes Aesthetic Surgery Center in Belarus. He has actively engaged in research and observational programs at prestigious institutions like Harvard University Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the University of California, Irvine. Kadir is also proficient in computer skills and speaks multiple languages fluently, including English, Turkish, Kurdish, Russian, and German. Beyond his medical endeavors, he enjoys pursuits such as playing musical instruments, sailing, and cycling. Dr. Hakan Bulam is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is known internationally for his skills in rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, butt lift, and hair transplantation. He holds a qualification diploma from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. Dr. Bulam is also a member of ISAPS.

He has written over 40 scientific articles and book chapters. He has also given many oral presentations at international meetings. Dr. Bulam earned his M.D. at Hacettepe University and completed his residency at Gazi University. He holds the FEBOPRAS certification and is authorized for International Health Tourism (2022).

Salih Onur Basat graduated from the “English Medicine” program at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He worked in the public health sector for a certain period of time, conducting academic studies published and presented in many leading national and international journals and congresses during this period. Professor Burhan Mayir isespecially interested in metabolic and bariatric surgery, also. He performs single port (scarless) sleeve gastrectomy, gastric by pass procedures and revisional bariatric surgeries. Born in Ankara in 1978, Dr. Umut R. Gündüz began his medical career at the Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

Later, he became a General Surgery Specialist at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital.

From 2011 onwards, they worked as a General Surgery Specialist at Antalya Training and Research Hospital.

Surgical Experience

After becoming a general surgery specialist in 1996, I served as a General Surgery and Organ Transplantation Specialist at SSK (social insurance institution), for a period of 9 years. In 2005, was granted the title of Associate Professor-General Surgery. Between 2005 and 2012, I established the kidney transplant centers in İzmir Private Kent Hospital, Istanbul Private Gaziosmanpasa Hospital, and Medicalpark Goztepe Hospital respectively, and served as the chief executive of these centers.

I have worked in İzmir Private Kent Hospital since 2013. I established Obesity Clinic at Gazi Hospital, and performed more than 200 gastric reduction operations.

Social Responsibility

I have worked in the management boards of many associations engaging in scientific and social activities, and served as a founding member in some of them.

The most important one of these is that I have served as a coordinator in the project intended for providing 150.000 elementary school students and 5,000 adults with training on organ donation, for a period of 10 years, through various social activities.1

Dr. Volkan Tümentemur is a General Surgery specialist. He completed his medical degree in English at Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He is known for his advanced surgical skills and dedication to patient care.

Dr. Tümentemur has performed many successful surgeries. He is recognized for achieving high patient satisfaction. He works with top medical institutions and regularly updates his knowledge through ongoing training in general surgery.

He was born in Istanbul in 1982. He graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Medicine. In 2012, he worked as an emergency medical assistant at Taksim First Aid EAH.

Between 2013-2018, he specialized in general surgery at Haseki EAH. Then, between 2018-2020, he completed his compulsory service at Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital. 

Since 2020, with Dr. Hasan Lice, they have worked with the Sava team for bariatric surgeries. He is married and has two kids.

He is also the deputy chief physician of the hospital.
