After graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003 he started his PhD education in the Department of Periodontology, Institute of Health in the same university. Having completed the PhD education in 2009 he started to work as a research assistant in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Periodontology.

He became Assoc.Prof in 2015 and continued both clinical and academic research. In 2022 he became full professor and have published more than 30 studies in well-known scientific journals. He developed a connective tissue graft harvesting tool (Nizam Punch), which is being produced in Germany and two implant systems which are being used in many countries. He still keeps his academic position in Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology.

С 2017 года он работает академиком на кафедре челюстно-лицевой хирургии Измирского университета Катип Челеби. В 2021 году ему было присвоено звание доцента. Кроме того, с 2017 года он продолжил обучение в докторантуре на медицинском факультете Университета Эге, на кафедре стволовых клеток. Интересы доктора Онура Шахина включают в себя передовую имплантологию, аугментацию твердых и мягких тканей атрофированных челюстей, лечение all-on-X, скуловые, крыловидные и трансназальные имплантаты, медикаментозный остеонекроз челюсти (MRONJ), а также стволовые клетки и регенеративную терапию. Он был приглашенным докладчиком на многих национальных и международных симпозиумах по имплантологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии и провел множество практических и кадаверных курсов по имплантологии. Доктор Шахин, который выполнил первый случай с имплантатами скуловой кости, крыловидной кости и трансназальной имплантации в Турции, имеет более 100 пациентов, прошедших лечение с помощью этих имплантатов. Он опубликовал более 50 статей в национальных и международных журналах и более 100 постеров/устных докладов, представленных на национальных и международных конгрессах, связанных с его научной областью. Dr. Babek Yunuszade is a general dentist with eight years of clinical experience. He practices at BY Dental Clinic in Şişli, Istanbul. He provides fixed and removable prosthetics, prosthetic rehabilitation after periodontal therapy, laminate veneer and composite restorations, endodontics, and implant surgery. Born and raised in Turkey, Dr. Pera attended the highly reputed Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty from 2008 to 2013, where he began his journey to become a dentist. His passion for the field led him to further specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a field he trained in extensively at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry from 2016 to 2021.

To ensure a holistic approach to patient care, Dr. Pera undertook several rotations between 2016 and 2019. This included areas like Anesthesiology and Reanimation, Emergency Medicine, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, and Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases, all at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine.

Before establishing Hospitaprime, Dr. Pera served as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the esteemed Koru Hospital in Ankara from May 2021 to July 2022. Shortly after, he joined Memorial Hospital in Istanbul in September 2022, where he continues to practice.
