Born and raised in Turkey, Dr. Pera attended the highly reputed Hacettepe University Dentistry Faculty from 2008 to 2013, where he began his journey to become a dentist. Prof. Bilgen performs about 650 orthopedic surgeries each year. This high number shows his skill and the trust patients place in him. He became a Professor in 2002.
