Dr. Lee Kwan Hoon is an ophthalmologist and Chief Director. He specializes in retina, cataract, vision correction, SMILE, Contoura, and lens implantation. Dr. Afrim Vuçitërna is a specialist ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience in Kosovo’s public healthcare system. He began his career in 1990. Dr. Vuçitërna has worked in both outpatient clinics and hospitals. He focuses on anterior segment diseases and general ophthalmology.

2019 In 2020, he passed the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO) exam and became a FEBO (Fellow of European Board of Ophthalmology).
2020 He was entitled to receive the title of Associate Professor in the same year and received the Second Prize in the Best Article Awards of the Turkish Journal of Ophthalmology.

During his career, Dr. Covaro has a continuous participation in international meetings and contributed to several articles published in scientific magazines. Dr. Covaro is a member of several professional organizations, including the Spanish Society of Orthopedics, AOspine, GEER and Eurospine.
